Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Overall, very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. A short walk to Haram via the concourse level, through a small shopping area. Elevators were quick and functioning. We had two rooms booked, but had to upgrade to a family suite (for additional charge) because they were unable give us both rooms on the same floor. The upgrade allowed us access to the executive lounge which was really nice. Special call out for a staff member named Mohammad Rahat in the executive lounge for his outstanding behavior and service! Breakfast was great with lots of options. Many thanks to Fayaz Khan (staff at the breakfast area) for providing great service. Recommended!

This hotel is simply beautiful. The food and service was exquisite. The distance from the Haram is very close and easily accessible. I enjoy my stay very much and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is conveniently located in the close proximity to Haram. The only downside I would mention that we paid 300 US dollars per night and they gave us room on the ground floor. We had to pay extra to get room Upgraded. Although on their website suites with haram view were available for 400 US dollars.

The Conrad was a wonderful hotel. Mr. Tarek Habeeb went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience at the restaurant. We are a big family and he was extremely caring, helpful, and kind.

Conrad We checked and in the hotel for day use although it was a full night reservation .we arrived a bit early around 12 and the receptionist were super kind and very nice during thecheck in time especially i explained that we need the room only until 5 pm since it was express umrah. Room was clean and very specious although no view but it was totally ok for us since its a day use. Location is superb and the hotel lobby and facilities were really good. Despite most of hotels in mecca staff of the hotel are super nice. Will definitely return to the hotel again.

Good Hotel Good location

Excellent hotel with large rooms near Haram Sharif.

Friendly service. Check in at 4pm was a long wait as everyone was checking in at same time. Took over an hour for us to check in. Room was clean. And housekeeping service was excellent, by brother Nisar in particular. Location is good. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but kids approved of the choice so cannot complain.

C'est l'un de meilleur hôtel que j'ai aimée, tres classe, tout près de Masjid Al Haram. Mais j'ai ete tres déçue par le réceptionniste qui m'avait fait le surclassement sur un mensonge. J'ai demandé une chambre avec une vue sur la Kaaba, c'est qui m'a coûté 1800$ de plus et en fin je n'ai eu que la vue sur le Masjid. Par la suite quand j'ai réclamer la chambre que j'ai réservée en 1er puisque je ne suis pas satisfaite de ce qu'ils m'ont donnés, ils m'ont fait savoir de revenir demain pour récupérer ma chambre et puis ils vont me rembourser le surplus de 1800$ que j'ai payé pour le surclassement. Malheureusement, ils m'ont fait traîner pendant 2 jours successives sans vouloir resoudre mon problème. Donc je trouve que j'ai ete arnaquer 1800$ et je trouve ça malheureux. Je trouve que ce n'est pas honnête de vendre à quelqu'un, quelque chose qui n'existe et de refuser de corriger l'erreur, j'ai appris la leçon. Merci.
