The house keeping service for the room was terrible. The pillows were not puffed the duvet not tucked..i do a better job. The tea coffe were not added. Just the towels were restocked. Its definitely NOT 4 star hotel but confortable stay. The tram line is near by and noisy.

Great pool, super handy on the tram from the airport and can shuttle back and forth to the centre as needed. Also there's an Aldi right opposite and a fridge in rooms so you can do light touch self catering if that helps on budget.

We loved our stay at Novotel in Scotland. It was only 15-20 minutes away from the downtown city center and the Scotrail was right outside the hotel. If you are travelling to another city and need to take the train that was also easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different options. I would definitely stay at Novotel again on my next visit.

Restaurant food very average and overpriced. The poor desk staff were clearly forced to press us to book a table saying the restaurant was busy when it was not. Staff uniformly excellent, but the food poor. Ask for a quieter room not facing the train and tram lines or bin stores.

Very clean hotel with large rooms. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The swimming pool is not that big but it is still good. There are plenty of towels outside the entrance to the mixed changing rooms. There are two small changing rooms inside this area and lockers. The lockers require a £1 coin deposit for the key lock. The hotel is situated right next to the tramline for access to the city centre / airport, the transcripts 200m from hotel entrance.

The hotel was ok but not great. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable (really hard), the restaurant prices were quite steep for portions at dinner (although breakfast was good). The pool facilities were really poor. Two changing rooms, two showers and one toilet for all guests to share - communal areas for all. It was constantly hectic and squashed. Not ideal. Car parking was extra. All in all ok but I wouldn't go back.
