We ended up having a studio suite located on exterior of the property. It was very clean, washer/dryer combo we didn’t expect, and an overly large bathroom. The suite was good to relax. Everything looked like photos.

This was our second stay at Thd Scot Hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a great shower. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Luggage was stored after check-out to allow us more time exploring the town before geting our train in the mid-afternon.

first of all there is no elevator which seems strange, as you have to carry your bags . secondly there was no air conditioning. the room was really hot and humid. we could not open the windows as it was right on the road with lot of traffic noise. a small fan was provided which was not helpful

The room was clean. The bathroom has been renovated with good shower pressure. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable.
Note that there is no elevator on the premises - not a big deal for us but that may not be the case for everyone.
Lastly, the breakfast is overpriced. I would probably go out if I were to return. At 15 pounds each, that converts to just under $30 can. Even in overpriced Toronto, that’s expensive.

Room was comfortable even though I had the compact room. Totally adequate. .Toilet rim was a little dirty but likely a small miss by cleaning staff. Small shower stall but great shower! Very convenient location. Had parking which is a great feature given its very central location. Great bar too. Would stay again.
