The Reception and staff are very kind,hospitable and very accomodating, The Place is clean and very nice to stay with very affordable price. Feels like home and you are very welcome.

The hotel service is very friendly and good. always giving me info. Only the MRT terminal is a bit far so we have to walk to the hotel.

Spent 12 nights here and everything was awesome! From the 24 hours receptionist, friendly staff, free breakfast, etc. The bus station was also near the hostel, you can walk for 300 m.

After getting tired, it turns out here we have to install the sheets and pillowcases themselves.

The rooms are clean and the service is quite satisfying.

Everything is fine! Nothing changes much since I came over last year a year ago. However, the location is quite far from central and I have to walk pretty far from MRT or bus from either paya lebar or parkway parade shopping centre. But overall the hostel is fine. Only internet is not so efficient or fast enough as many people using. They should install more modem so that the signal strength can be stronger.

I really had a pleasant experience with Betel Box Backpackers Hostel. Staff staff are friendly and very helpful. All facilities are attached with clear instructions so that guests will not encounter difficulties. Nerds will love staying here because they provide a lot of interesting and classy reading books. Mosques and halal eating places are also nearby. There is a free breakfast which in my opinion is too luxurious for the size of a hostel as cheap as Bethel Box. Even though I was in a room filled with other guests, I felt comfortable because I got my own bed. To my surprise, the staff did not ask for an additional fee when I left the suitcase less than one night after I checked out. Even the staff also helped me find transportation to go to the airport when my Grab app didn't work. Betel Box is really the best! No doubt!

The hotel rooms are clean, although at the cheapest prices and the ones with lots of beds can still breathe and not stuff because they are quite spacious and use air conditioning, the bathroom is clean, there is hot water tea, coffee, milk is provided for self-catering, breakfast bread + jams. There is also a refrigerator that can store our food there, good overall, maybe if I play in Singapore again I will stay here again. The bus stop is close, if the MRT isn't too close because it's already exhausted and late at night I use a taxi from the MRT station to this hostel but still recommended anyway?

Excellent location. Great staff. Very good layout of floor plan. Very clean. Outlets for charging. I was very impressed. I highly recommend it.

The lobby is cozy. But if you stay at afternoon only one standing fan and it's very hot because singapore is humid. This Nov ac is little bit broken. But if stay at night still better. But if you traveling it's kinda hard to mrt by walk... But for rest it's ok

The hotel is very convenient for free indications of travelers, free breakfast, free WiFi, AC rooms, cheap and comfortable.

Not bad for a backpacker stay.

Look for hostels near the airport leaving for Singapore and find this hostel. I emailed the manager and asked for early check-in and take a shower and the response was very fast. The price is very cheap and the facilities match the price. The only minus is that the toilet is rather dirty and smelly.

Tasty and clean place, the environment is also a lot of interesting places.

This hotel is so clean, awesome, comfortable, staff so friendly and helpful. Near from bus stop and restaurants. Really will go back!
