I like the metro station is inside the same building as the hotel, which made me feel I can reach to many places in Singapore without going out of the building.
The room is very spacious with a lot of ground to top windows, very nice city view and very quiet.
There are food court and supermarkets downstairs which are very convenient.
I love this hotel, maybe I will live here again if I come back.

I enjoyed my five day stay. Tasha was quite helpful in preparing for my early arrival, providing a recommendation on where to fix my glasses, and making me feel at home. The Citadines are connected to the MRT via an indoor mall, that also contains a food supermarket.

Very convenient with MRT at the lower level and food court as well. Quiet neighborhood if you want to be away from all the craziness.

Great value for money: comfortable, clean, spacious, great views.
Fixtures a little tired but still in good condition.
We liked that it wasn't central. Convenient for MRT and buses. Usual dining options downstairs and hawker unit just over the road. Very quiet at weekends. Some, but not all, units closed.
Staff super helpful and friendly. They found and delivered a vase to our room within five minutes of being asked.
It would be our first choice should we return to Singapore again. Great value.

Amazing apartment in perfect location.
The apartment has all your needs and it’s perfect if you are staying for more than 3 days .
MRT in the same building and it has starbucks and many shops as well .
The only downside is that i found cockroach twice but they responded and fixed the doormat . Also they need to clean air conditioner filters as the air has dust falling from the air conditioner. Otherwise everything is perfect and I would repeat it again if i visited Singapore.

Great location right above the MRT and adjoining food court offers good variety of meals. Clean and spacious rooms. The only negative was we had a great deal of difficulty to find the property when we caught a cab from the airport, as it is not easy to find from the road.

Check in process could be made more pleasant if the front desk agent could at least acknowledge my presence as I was just standing in front of him for a good period of time before he finally puts down the phone and attend to me. Cleanliness and condition of the apartment could be better maintained. Towels had a musty stench and clearly looked worn. Power sockets were falling off and looked dangerous. A good variety of F&B outlets, a supermarket, and the mrt station within walking distance.

Well located close to NUH and Botanic gardens. A little far from downtown, but is directly above the one-north MRT station and only one stop from east west line that takes you everywhere downtown. The apartment was split level with all kitchen and laundry facilities required, two BR and a nice loft bedroom with a great view from all parts of the apartment. Cleaning and front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was nice with a great view. But there are many buts.
1. The shower in 1933 leaked all over. Was quite annoying.
2. The fixtures were getting a bit worn and even the railing of the steps is lose and came off
3. the front desk area does not make for good first impression. Could be nicer
4. The taxis can not find how to get to the door. You have to learn to go call taxi or Grab from the shopping mall
5. it is in a business area. NOTHING to do on the weekends and hard to get Grab in the area
However, the good is
1. Free flow coffee
2. The staff is amazing
3. The view is amazing
4. the flats have everything you will need from TV to surround sound.
