It was a great staycation and absolutely enjoyed our stay at gpch oasis Junior Suite. The suite is located at the same level as the outdoor swimming pool and has access to the pool deck from our room! The room was lovely and we were welcomed by complimentary red wine and cookies from the hotel. Bedding is awesome and both my partner and myself loved the soft pillows. We also liked the bathroom where there were 2 sinks and faucets so we don't have to vie for it, it comes with the steam bath function. The swimming pool too have two jacuzzi area which was great. We also wanted to commend Chef Judy and the service team in the Crystal Club for their warm hospitality and we loved Chef Judy's cooking, and her passion for sharing her creations. Suggestion for improvement - refrigerator in the suite was not as cold as we liked, hence we had to call the service manager to request for ice. Exterior of the hotel walls should be maintained so that it gives guests a cleaner and fresh look as the interior of the hotel is amazing!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Overall, the property and the stay were excellent.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the service at check-in. I had two bookings and due to a change in plans, I didn’t use the night of 4 May. I requested to remain in the same upgraded room for both bookings to avoid changing rooms. Despite the fact that I had paid for the unused night of 4 May, I was still charged an additional fee to stay in the upgraded room for the additional night, which I found disappointing and not consistent with the values of the hotel. It felt like an issue with the staff rather than the hotel itself, tbh.
The only other minor downside was that drinking water was not provided and had to be purchased separately. Other than that, great hotel and very convenient.

We had a very helpful staff member check us in after a long flight and early arrival. They were very understanding and accomodating, particularly as we had three young children with us. It was very well received.
The room was a good size for us all and had great amenities. Bath and shower were also very nice.

We had a junior suite and while the spa was great it was hard to use. No instructions on how to set the temperature, jets etc. The lighting system was very awkward to use. Couldn’t turn off the lights around the bed without getting out of bed or downloading the lightning app. The bed and “little” pillows were great. Very comfortable 👍 The breakfast in the Club Lounge was pretty good and the staff friendly. Concierge were very helpful and informative. The pool was very nice, large and always clean pool towels available. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

We booked this hotel as a family booking and could not find any fault! Absolute 5 star from
Start to finish! We loved this hotel, staff were so friendly and the breakfast was amazing.
Location is excellent! Swimming pool was brilliant for everyone we travelled with 3 children age 3, 8 & 14 and it was perfect.

We had two blocks of accommodation from April 17 to May 2, 2025. The first stay was reasonable impressive except for an unfamiliar touch control pad in room 751; took awhile to master these functions. No one to teach the elders like me 78yo. The second stay in room 749 met with a few unexpectations of a 5-star hotel. 1)The washing basin was blocked inspite of 3 complaints. 2) the fridge was not cold for us to store our insulin 3) the reading leds above the bed were out of alignment with one led lamp flickering. 4)Interesting in this room 749, the control pad is with pressed buttons instead of touch. We stayed at the Grand Park City Hall hotel for 8 nights while on holiday from New Zealand. The hotel is amazing - great location, nice and clean, and great amenities including the pool. We stayed in a room that allowed access to the Crystal Club on level 9. This included breakfast, snacks in the afternoon, and then drinks and food in the evening. For us, this was the standout of our stay, and made better by the staff. Special mention to Iman who was very friendly and welcoming, went out of his way to get to know us, and was knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time we visit Singapore.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite mixed. Upon arrival, I received a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, the staff member overlooked my paid lounge access, making it inconvenient since my room was on the 4th floor and the lounge was on the 9th.
The room was comfortable but felt rather dated and didn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, I received an unexpected wake-up call at 4 AM, which I hadn’t requested at all!
Breakfast was another letdown. The layout was confusing, and my table was located on the other side of the buffet sections, forcing me to cross the reception every time I wanted food. I found the food to be just okay, but I didn’t indulge much, so I can't comment extensively.
On a positive note, the pool area was beautiful, and the surrounding environment was pleasant. The staff were polite and friendly throughout my stay, which was appreciated. Overall, I felt I paid too much for what should have been a luxurious 5-star experience. I left feeling underwhelmed.

Thank you to the team at Grand park City hall for making our stay so effortless. We only stayed a short 2 nights but despite this> the team at reception and concierge offered impeccable service. Thank you for helping create surprise and delight M&M moments for our 8 year old (Adam at Concierge) and for the beautifully packed breakfast box at 5am. Also special mention to Nazri for his help in making our short time visiting even more memorable with great suggestions to improve upon what we had planned.

Apparently we did not qualify for the benefit because we had happy hour so what’s the point of this benefit. It didn’t work. Why not? Nowhere did it say it was not in conjunction with offers. Surely that’s a breach of trade descriptions.
