It was a great staycation and absolutely enjoyed our stay at gpch oasis Junior Suite. The suite is located at the same level as the outdoor swimming pool and has access to the pool deck from our room! The room was lovely and we were welcomed by complimentary red wine and cookies from the hotel. Bedding is awesome and both my partner and myself loved the soft pillows. We also liked the bathroom where there were 2 sinks and faucets so we don't have to vie for it, it comes with the steam bath function. The swimming pool too have two jacuzzi area which was great. We also wanted to commend Chef Judy and the service team in the Crystal Club for their warm hospitality and we loved Chef Judy's cooking, and her passion for sharing her creations. Suggestion for improvement - refrigerator in the suite was not as cold as we liked, hence we had to call the service manager to request for ice. Exterior of the hotel walls should be maintained so that it gives guests a cleaner and fresh look as the interior of the hotel is amazing!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Plumbing issues as there is a noise of water draining when take shower. Also. The hot water is not hot enough when so many floor take the shower together. Need improvement on plumbing issues.
Check in very slow as only 3 receptionists but a lot of people waiting after cruise check in. Need improvement

Our cruise vacation concluded perfectly in Singapore. We booked a total of 10 rooms, and the hotel provided us with excellent service. The staff were all very friendly, especially Juliana and Lewis, who helped us a lot. The room appliances are controlled by scanning a barcode with a mobile phone. One minor downside was that there was some water pooling on the floor after showering. The breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options. The hotel's transportation was also very convenient, and the staff who helped us call for taxis were very friendly. Our group was very satisfied.

Excellent hotel where everything was just very good. The staff were attentive, friendly but also impeccably professional, both the bedrooms and the public areas were stylish, spacious and very clean. We were in a crystal club room that also has access to the separate lounge and outdoor seating area. This was brilliant and well worth the premium payment, and a special call out to Gladys and Loy working in the lounge. They made the visit very special. Singapore is an amazing city and this was equally an amazing place to stay whilst there.

Great central location with east access to MRT City Hall station and local attractions.
Rooms are great size, clean and moderns with perfect amenities.
Breakfast has sufficient choices so suit all however table and buffet and table layout is a little chaotic and narrow from corridor like feel from reception to restaurant to separate room for salad and fruit and asian hot food which wasn't noticed immediately.
Overall however would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Singapore.

The Property is great! The area is premium! Service was at par, with one thing I must comment on. It was mainly my mistake. I did not notice I had left an important medication in my room at the time of check out! Insist! I admit it was My mistake, I was left at Marina Vay Pirt, which is about 20 minutes from the hotel. Part of security of the cruise protocol is to retain passports. When I called the Hotel, I offered to pay for a taxi to bring the medication to the port, as once that have checked me in and taken my passport, they cannot let me out of the ship to get the medication personally. The Hotel never, never gave us any alternative other than personally go to the counter to get the medication. Just said no from the first moment. So sad! Like an Expedia VIP Platinum member is sad to have something like this happen! I understand that there might be liabilities, but at least they could have given us alternatives or recommendations. Thank goodness a friend of the family lives in Singapore and medication found its way to me at the end of the day, otherwise I would’ve have to start my trip without it.

I give this hotel 3 stars.
It’s misrepresented. It’s not a 5 star hotel by any means or standards but they advertise themselves like 5 star. No real lobby. Check in is on the 3d floor. Not the smoothest process I must say. Soundproofing is bad. You can hear every door being shut and every person to walk by in the hallway. This will keep you up I’ll tell you. Ac- below average. Light controls are funky and not convenient to use. Bathroom is weird. Really. Shower is very small. Glass walls off the bathroom (weird as well) can be covered. No real door, just a slider. Bathroom space is not really isolated from the room which is not convenient at all. No outlets in the bathroom for the hair dryer etc. it’s a strong 3 star and weak 4 star hotel I must say, definitely not a 5 star. Gym is very small but did the job I guess only because I was the only one there. If you are booking it just know all this and be ready to deal with it. If you are- it may be a good deal but if you aren’t and have high expectations- you most likely will be disappointed.

Gran Park City hall is in a great location for walking to the Merlion Park; Chinatown; etc. I like to walk so found the distances very doable. For those who want to ride: the Grab app worked wonderfully. The hotel was very clean, had a beautiful rooftop pool, & the staff were courteous & helpful.
