It was a great staycation and absolutely enjoyed our stay at gpch oasis Junior Suite. The suite is located at the same level as the outdoor swimming pool and has access to the pool deck from our room! The room was lovely and we were welcomed by complimentary red wine and cookies from the hotel. Bedding is awesome and both my partner and myself loved the soft pillows. We also liked the bathroom where there were 2 sinks and faucets so we don't have to vie for it, it comes with the steam bath function. The swimming pool too have two jacuzzi area which was great. We also wanted to commend Chef Judy and the service team in the Crystal Club for their warm hospitality and we loved Chef Judy's cooking, and her passion for sharing her creations. Suggestion for improvement - refrigerator in the suite was not as cold as we liked, hence we had to call the service manager to request for ice. Exterior of the hotel walls should be maintained so that it gives guests a cleaner and fresh look as the interior of the hotel is amazing!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Our preferred hotel if you go to Singapore always stay here because the rooms are spacious, clean, the staff is friendly, the service is good, everywhere near the MRT, it's okay, especially for families.

Excellent central location, walking distance to many attractions and close to both MRT and bus stops for moving further around Singapore. Great pool and had access to the crystal club for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening food & drinks which was a great touch. Room was great with all facilities required.

Super convenient location, next to a couple of malls and a MRT. Gym is small, and the pool is not so great for swimming. Room service was pretty bad (non existent some days), and the reception folks seemed disinterested. I wouldn’t stay here again given the number of better hotels located in the area

Location is great, and breakfast was really nice with so many options. Unfortunately, reception kind of ruined the start of our stay- there was a wedding event held at reception area and we felt lack of service from the staff checking us in, she didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was or where you can find other facilities and such. But her colleague next to her was able to inform the other guests that was checking in next to us.
I was expecting 5 star service and booked this to celebrate with my family, but left disappointed. Although the lady on check out was very lovely.
Others may have had a lovely experience in this hotel, but due to my experience, I would not want to come back or recommend this hotel.

Good location - rooms small - clean but a little tired. Only one restaurant - pool bar not in operation. As a result - Quite a few younger guests taking their own 4/6 pack of beer to dink in the pool. Fine but of that's not your sort of thing or you have young kids - might not be a great experience

Where to start? This was probably a great hotel in some past era. And, with what is visible, at least, Grand Park is doing what is needed to keep rhe facility and rooms looking clean. // But what made this a less than stellar stay was the moldy/mildewy smell in our room which is almost certainly tied to years of condensation in the air condition system (which doesn't smell like it has been cleaned). --And, though I appreciate the effort to be environmentally conscious and avoid plastic water bottles, the water purifying unit was unacceptable given how dirty the tap water feeder tank looked. (Was this ever cleaned??) // --Lastly, not cool (literally or figuratively) that the AC has a mind of its own and decides when to be environmentally conscious at the expense of the inmate--I mean, guest.

We've enjoyed 2 nights at the Grand Park City Hall hotel & highly recommend this hotel for it's great location across the road from the City Hall MRT station (takes you to Changi airport) comfortable room & it's wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome from the first step into the hotel. We stayed in a Club room on the 9th floor, with access to the Crystal Club lounge, which we used for breakfast afternoon tea & evening cocktails. Gladys & Iman made us feel so welcome & are an asset to this hotel. They went above & beyond with the service they provided to us & with a constant smile on their face. From check-in which was so smooth & great staff who provided us with our room prior to the normal check-in time, was so much appreciated after a long 18 hours flight from LA. The food from breakfast to evening canapes was delicious. We 100% would recommend this hotel for the great location to food and staff, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back on our next stop over. :)
