It was a great staycation and absolutely enjoyed our stay at gpch oasis Junior Suite. The suite is located at the same level as the outdoor swimming pool and has access to the pool deck from our room! The room was lovely and we were welcomed by complimentary red wine and cookies from the hotel. Bedding is awesome and both my partner and myself loved the soft pillows. We also liked the bathroom where there were 2 sinks and faucets so we don't have to vie for it, it comes with the steam bath function. The swimming pool too have two jacuzzi area which was great. We also wanted to commend Chef Judy and the service team in the Crystal Club for their warm hospitality and we loved Chef Judy's cooking, and her passion for sharing her creations. Suggestion for improvement - refrigerator in the suite was not as cold as we liked, hence we had to call the service manager to request for ice. Exterior of the hotel walls should be maintained so that it gives guests a cleaner and fresh look as the interior of the hotel is amazing!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I appreciated that my request for a higher floor was accommodated—thank you for that. However, I had mentioned that the stay was to celebrate a birthday, and was a little disappointed that nothing was arranged, especially as a returning guest. Just sharing this feedback in hopes it can be considered for future visits.

Just a few niggly things that meant it didn’t meet the 5 star rating it advertises itself as. Non user friendly room light situation, We couldn’t use the shower products when we had a bath because they were locked in the cubicle, the check in desk was slow, the poolside bar was closed even though there was qr code option and the poolside shower room had run out of body wash. Breakfast was ok. Room was quiet, spacious with a comfy bed. Great location for buses and MRT and walkable to Raffles. Friendly staff.

Great location for exploring the malls and local area. Walkable to the Marina Sands and Gardens. The pool and gym were very welcome.
We had a family room but with the double bed and two singles the room was quite cramped due to the extra beds. This left little room for suitcases and relaxing. We were only there for two nights so it wasn’t the end of the world.

The hotel was immaculate and our room on the 9th floor had everything we needed for the 7 days we stayed there.
We opted for the Crystal Club - which was also on the 9th floor - and it was definitely worth the extra money.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left we were impressed by the professional, helpful and friendly staff.
A special shout out to Gladys and Kripa in the Crystal Club, who always greeted us with a smile and were always eager to ensure we had everything we needed.
The position of the hotel was perfect as it was next to the MRT, which we used on a daily basis to get around Singapore. It was also in walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see.
I couldn't fault this hotel and would certainly recommend.

Stay was very good. Hotel is located centerally a shirt walk to city Hall MRT, across the road from Funan mall. Staff are very helpful and friendly we were celebrating our 15 years anniversary they greeted us with a cake and beautiful towel art on our bed. Got a late check out and they had a shower room facility amazing. The decore is elegant and modern. Definitely will stay here again.

Crystal Club lounge was definitely worthwhile with great breakfast, evening drinks with buffet food and afternoon tea. Staff and service were great. Rest of hotel is modern but facilities aren’t as extensive as other 5 star hotels.

First time to stay at Grand park city hall hotel. We got perfect service for early check in, special thanks for AINI’support. And the hotel location is really good to connect with MRT and bus, you can go anywhere for site seeing.
