Hilton Singapore Orchard

We arrived at 1pm, fearing the long check-in queue suggested by many reviews. But, to my utmost surprise and delight, the service on entering the reception was professional and kind. The lady who helped with my family’s check-in was clear and considerate. She detailed that my requests for a connecting room and bathtub were fulfilled, but apologised as we seemingly couldn’t get a view. However, given the hotel’s generosity in attending to all my queries and waiving the incidental deposit on request, I didn’t anticipate much and was ready to accept anything. At the 11th floor, our connecting room was right at the end and housekeeping was at the second room, giving me space for doubt on whether we four could fit in a “deluxe” room. Then came my second surprise! On opening, we saw a wonderful room before our eyes and a memorable staycation ahead of us. In a few moments, I realised that our rooms were upgraded to superior deluxe! I could never thank the hotel enough for their fantastic response, talented housekeeping and most importantly? Two slots at the swimming pool right before its closure for renovation, which showed how they strive to be mindful and accommodative towards their guests’ satisfaction. Lastly, I should highlight that the rooms were effectively soundproof, so no worries about the renovation… Mandarin Orchard really does know how to keep its guests unaffected by any sound. So, I strongly recommend that everyone start booking this hotel, because there’s huge demand to experience it’s unparalleled world-class hospitality which has only enhanced over the past 50 years!

Clean spacious comfortable connecting rooms! Was given complimentary upgrade to premier rooms on level 30 & a yummy chocolate birthday cake for my birthday. All staff are very professional, friendly & helpful during my stay there. Managed to check-in early at about 12+pm & late check out at 12pm. Very convenient location & complementary parking too! Definitely an awesome family staycation! Hope to be back soon again!

Went to celebrate my sister's birthday and got upgraded to a superior room on Level 36, the highest level for accommodation. Love it. The is even a 500g chocolate cake given by the hotel. ❤

Check in was smooth and receptionist was very friendly and capable in handling my requests. Was given a free upgrade to premier room, room and bathroom were spacious and facilities were great, hotel is currently under renovation so there might be slight drill noises at times but the TV volume can cover the sound. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here

This was my second stay with Mandarin Orchard and very surprised with the room configuration. It was different, much more clean with modern look (double sink!). Hotel took notice on the request and provided quiet room and superbly delicious birthday cake for the birthday girl going for surgery. Very amazed with the service and had a lovely stay.

Location is perfect, in Orchard, front Paragon and Takashimaya, Lucky Plaza and Mt Elisabeth, ION just walk 5 menit. Service is excellent and room is big, cleaning every day. You can get good coffe with coffe machine in room. But unfortunatelly view in my room is only Big Tall building/tower in front, not like my order.

Stayed for 2 nights at the Orchard Wing. Room was clean, everything was in order. Check-in was smooth as I checked in late, was also able to request for late check out. Receptionist was very helpful as it was my first time staying at this hotel. Never use the amenities so no comments. Had a great time here!

Very glad for this, my 2nd visit. This time I was honored to get the TOP level 36 executive suit office, spacious room, even got a working table. Definitely ENJOYED my 2d1n there. Hope to come again soon

Good deal when I bought it, the listing did not mentioned King Size or Twin bed. Went to register around 9am. I requested for King size and a bathtub but was informed that all the King size were booked. They did well by providing a room with twin beds that can be combined together with bathtub. By 11.30 am I was informed that the room was ready. Really unexpected but good nonetheless. The room was clean and spacious. They were nice enough to allow late check out at 12 even though previously I was told that I could not late check out when I registered. This was my third time here and quite saddened that it will be rebranded to Hilton. Hopefully the price and quality does not change because it is a great hotel for staycation.

Definitely satisfied. 5 star service. If only there is a later check out than 11am, but it's okay we understand! It's a public holiday. 🤗 We really enjoyed this pleasant stay and will definitely return!
