Customer service when we checked in at night needs to improve. The lady bordered on being rude and egoistic. But the other than that our stay was quite pleasant

The Holiday Inn ticked all the boxes, great location to transport, local restaurants. Now for the staff, room and the fantastic breakfast. The welcome from the front desk was warm and pleasant. My room on the 15th floor was amazing with a slight view of the harbour. The bed was super comfy and the linen beautifully matched. Bathroom was a good size and the shower had plenty of pressure and space. Now for the icing on the cake, was the breakfast bar and the amazing staff, that worked tirelessly to clear tables top up food and had time to greet everyone with a warm and pleasant “good morning” one staff stood and her name was Merry. Her customer service was impeccable, greeting guests with smile and asking about their day. I’ve never stayed in this area before and it was a pleasant surprise.

Close to shopping mall, restaurants, subway station, easy to go anywhere. Staffs there were friendly, helpful and welcoming, will choose this hotel again for next visit.

Nice clean and modern rooms. Close to MRT station and a nice area around the hotel. 15mins drove to airport.
