Strategic location on the edge of Jalan Sultan, walking distance to the mosque and the Bugis area, friendly staff, small rooms, there is a tap for drinking water in the bathroom.

The location is close to the bus stop, directly across from the hotel. The MRT station is quite far away.

The hotel is a bit old, cleanliness is average, staff is quite friendly.

The staff are nice, friendly, can speak Indonesian, and helped carry my child to the room because he fell asleep in the lobby, thanks.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked that the surrounding area wasn't too busy. It's quite close to Haji Lane, Chinatown, and Bugis. There are also eateries near the residential area. It's also quite close to the Lavender MRT. Unfortunately, the toilet doesn't have a bidet. This hotel is really just for sleeping at night, not for resting all day. If you're looking for a hotel just to sleep in and explore Singapore for the rest of the day, this hotel is a good choice at a reasonable price. Thank you.

The hotel is close to the Sultan Mosque, in the area around the hotel there are many food stalls selling until midnight, there are cafes nearby, there is also a 7-Eleven for looking for snacks, so far it is ok for those on a tight budget, even though the room size is small, it is still comfortable.

The hotel staff is friendly, and it's close to the MRT, the Sultan Mosque, and affordable, halal restaurants.

Excellent service and hospitality.

I've stayed here twice, and the room was cleaned almost every day. The bathroom was clean, but there was no bidet, so you could still use the shower. The staff was nice and friendly. ☺️ It was a bit noisy in the middle of the night because it was near the reception, but it was still safe.

The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are immaculately cleaned. It's close to two train stations, accessible on foot and by bus.

Mistakenly chose a cheap room. Really regretted it. Thought I would just go out all day and sleep at night. A room without a window is very stuffy.

The hotel is strategically located on Jalan Sultan, very close to Kampung Glam, just a short walk back. It's also quite close to the Lavender MRT station. However, the room is very small, barely able to open a suitcase. The staff is very friendly, allowing you to store your luggage, and even managed to check in a little earlier, just 15 minutes. It was a pleasant experience.

Check-in was easy, as there were five of us, so all passports had to be scanned for verification. There were no additional charges for the other two children, as the room was large enough for five.

The room was OK; the biggest inconvenience would be the inability to control air conditioning by ourselves. But the greatest perk of this hotel is the location. Absolutely essential if you're planning to visit as many location as possible in Singapore, and the hotel is a hotspot of local cuisines as well.

the room has no window. can't see the sun .. around the walls. I got room 106 also most importantly the AC in the room if you ask to turn it off MUST GO THROUGH THE RECEPTIONIST (first experience AC shutdown through reception/front desk). heritage hotel is close to MRT NICOL HIGHWAY next to the concourse hotel.. So save money to go to Changi airport.. in front of heritage hotel there is a bus stop on Jalan Sultan if you want to go to Orchard Lucky Plaza take number 175 or if you want to play in Chinatown take bus number 961. buy a Singapore tourist pass very useful if you want to TAKE MRT OR BUS.. TAXI IN SINGAPORE IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR BACKPACKER. in front of the hotel there is a Sultan Plaza Mall there is a coffee shop open 24 hours, the price of food is very affordable nasi lemak or Hainan chicken rice or various porridge only SGD 3.50, not far from Sultan Plaza Mall there is a CITY GATE SPECIALIST SALON SPA mall.
