Hotel Classic by Venue

Room is small. No wardobe closet. Showerbpartition not appropriate to contain shower spary resulting in wet bathroom floor. No drive through for checkin checkout. Transport has to wait on a busy street for pickup/dropoff.

Clean hotel. Short walking distance from train. Lots of breakfast places nearby

We lost WiFi and TV during the last day of our stay. But the staff were very attentive and helpful. Good spot to be at and the local transportation and shopping are close by. I recommend this place for staying.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and spotless. They also allowed us for early check-in and allowed us to store our suitcases in the lobby after check-out and they took care of it for a couple of hours. We would stay again without a doubt.

Convenient location half way to the airport with ride share. Room was comfortable and clean. No windows. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The room felt like a coffin. It had no windows, was very small and claustrophobic. To repeat, the room we.were given had no windows which is ridiculous as its not that cheap a hotel. Service from the staff was good, but we had a second booking with the hotel which we have now cancelled. Would not recommend.

Hotel control of thermostat. Ended up sweating my entire time in room. Very very small room. Many hotels with small rooms seem to cover every surface with items leaving very little for customer to use.

Hotel Classic by Venue is a good choice if you are OK with a small room. The rooms are clean, and the staff is, without exception, friendly and willing to give advice on good places to eat and do other things in the area. The water pressure in our room was good. Hot water never ran out. They give the customary small bottles of soap, etc. We are a family of three and I just purchased a bottle of body wash and shampoo. The refrigerator was not very cold, and our milk spoiled after three days. It is OK for keeping water and soft drinks chilled to a small degree. There is a Fair Price Supermarket 100 meters away that sells perishable (not recommended for this room) and non-perishable food you can take back and keep as a snack. This is where I got the body wash and shampoo mentioned above. There are also 24-hour food options available in the area. The restaurant about three doors down on the right as your walk out has good fried chicken and fish dishes at a reasonable price. It closes at 7 p.m. We were in room 301, which was next to an emergency stairwell to the side of the building. We did not have noise issues. Some have written they did have noise issues, and I imagine it could be possible. The hotel is very safe and the neighborhood, despite some adult night life, is safe to walk after dark. The hotel does not tolerate loud partying, etc. Sometimes at night, you may hear someone's porno as you walk through the hall. Overall, it is family friendly.

Hotel cleanest ok but room too small and difficult to breathe staff ok area is close few market place its quit distance to The Center

You get what you pay for and staff were very helpful.
