I recently stayed at your hotel from 14 to 15 April 2025, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received during and after my stay.
Unfortunately, I had accidentally left behind three pouches containing cash and a cheque inside the in-room safe. I had already returned to Penang when I realised this, but thanks to the professionalism and prompt assistance from your staff, I was able to recover my belongings safely. I would especially like to thank Joe and Keaven for their honesty, efficiency, and kind support throughout the process.
I would also like to extend my appreciation to Celine and Helen for kindly upgrading our room during our stay. This thoughtful gesture made my family and I feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.
It’s rare to experience such warm, trustworthy, and attentive service, and your team has certainly left a lasting impression on us. Please convey my thanks and compliments to everyone involved.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Room clean. Beds comfortable although a little high. Great garage for buses to pick up and drop off. Breakfast buffet was great.

we stayes here 3 days and 2 nights and we didnt have any problem. It's near at the major tourist spots and rochor train station.Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely come back here next time.

This was a transit hotel for us just two nights. The twin room was smaller than the appearance in the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean and we experienced no noise from other guests in the corridor or adjoing rooms.
Beds were comfortable and there was a power socket in the headboard for a CPAP machine and international sockets throughout, so no need for a travel adaptor.
Breakfast buffet was inelaborate but perfectly suitable with local and Western choices. The buffet changed between the two days we were there.
There was no room to unpack a suitcase never mind two, but as we were simply transiting, we didn't need to unpack much.
Pool area was very pleasant and not crowded. The laminated flooring around the pool is very slippery when wet and my wife took a fall there.
Location is great and reception staff super helpful
Overall, in the twin room, you would probably not wish to stay for a week or more, but the price was reflective of the room area and we would happily stay there if we were in transit again.

It's a top tier budget hotel. Staff were attentive when needed. We stayed in a room with two twin beds...was very tight. But no complaints since we knew what we were signing up for.

The hotel room is small but is clean and the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is tiny, but adequite. they supply ammenities.Like toothbrushes, soaps and shampoo. they have hairdryer. But no iron. The breakfast is abit on the averidge side. But it is a reasonable price. Didnt get to swim in the pool as we didnt have time , it looked a decent size. So if on a budget and want a clean Hotel.

Rooms are really small. I found the beds super uncomfortable. 1 was one person in the room and I got 2 very small twin beds. i'm 5'3" and I found it small. i did not have a great sleep there.
Location is amazing. Really close to a MRT stop. I didn't go eat at the restaurant downstairs but the one across the street was really really good. The pool area is also really nice.

The check in process is easy. Staffs are friendly. Room is small, not uncommon in Singapore, very clean and toiletries are included. Breakfast is okay, not teribble. Its just few minutes from Rochir MRT.

First and foremost the staff are really nice and professional, the location is excellent for exploring Little India and area. A major warning though the rooms are tiny...at least to a westerner almost comically small as in have to leave shower door open to sit on toilet. The most concerning thing is that my wife who is a professional chef saw the staff putting fresh product on top of the old at the breakfast buffet. Would not recommend unless price is your priority
