The front office ladies were so nice. The room is clean and got free mini bar! The location is superb, just 200m from Bugis central street food stalls, cafés, and Middle Eastern and Malay resto. 7 minutes walk from Bugis MRT and Raffles Hospital, just 100m to Sultan Mosque.

I had an amazing experience to stay for several nights in this hotel with my wife. The room was very clean and comfortable, spacious enough to put your luggage and other things. The location was super strategic, only 7 minutes walking distance from Bugis MRT station, Bugis Junction, and Bugis Street. Do not worry about foods and beverages as the hotel is located near Bugis and also Arab Street, where you could find various kind of food. One other thing that I noticed, there was no deposit to be placed up front when you stayed here. No need to buy mineral water (which is very expensive in SG) you could refill the water all the time, they provided it for free. Last but not least, it was very close to the Sultan Mosque, very beneficial for moslem visitor to have a prayer there. Definitely a worth trying hotel in SG, would really come back and recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, especially the housekeeping auntie ! Really enjoying stay here, it makes me felt good to return back “home” whenever they greeted me after I come back from my shopping, Most importantly the room is very clean ! Will definitely come back here again!!

All the staff was supper friendly ! I actually stay for 3d2n but I went to extend additional night just because of the comfy and the great service from staff ! They are all so welcoming whenever I enter the hotel it makes me feel like returning back home. The bed are comfy and the auntie who make up our room is so detailed , the bedsheets that she change it’s so well done ! Even though we stay in a smaller family room previously but once we change to a bigger family I can’t say much but they hesitate and change it for us without any doubt ! At first we thought it’s gonna be very hot but didn’t expected them to bring us a additional fam for us ! Requesting more pillows to make my sleep better isn’t a worry ! Will definitely come back here again !

The hotel was nearby Sultan Mosque and Bugis MRT Station. The room was pretty small but everything was okay. The room and bathroom were clean. There was free water. The reception were friendly. You could leave your luggages before check in and after check out.

The location is great for Muslims, just a few meters from the Sultan Mosque. There are plenty of halal restaurants nearby. It's also quite close to the station and bus stop.
However, the hotel is incredibly small. The Enchanted Room is only 12 square meters, has no windows, and the hallway serves as a storage area.

Regarding the room, we would like to clarify that our Enchanted Room is approximately 14 square meters, as stated on the website. As also shown in the room photos, this room type does not come with windows.
The hallway is used to store guest luggage before check-in or after check-out, to support guests with flexible travel schedules. We always strive to maintain cleanliness and accessibility in our common areas.

The location is very strategic, if you want to find halal food, souvenirs, experiences, transportation access is easy to find, the rooms are spacious, the cleaning service is also fast, you can get a free bar, overall very good

Close to the mosque, many halal restaurants with Arabic, Indian and Turkish flavors, There is also a Padang rice restaurant. Close to MRT and terminals, you can go to Queen Street, also close to Bugis Street, one of the interesting/affordable shopping centers.

It was a great stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room free of cockroaches or insects, there is a bidet, the location is near the bus stop, very close to 7 eleven. The room is quite spacious for 2 people. Get free snacks. Recommended👍👍 next time I will stay here again if I go to sg

The room is not big but somehow very spacious, very clean and the bed really comfortable. They got complimentary snacks and drinks, great amenities. The location also good, a few minutes walk to both MRT bugis and Bus stations, 7-Elevens, and other attractions. They also have water dispenser in lobby for you to refill. The staffs are very welcome and friendly. I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay here

We had a nice experience during our stay at Nuve. Compact SG standard room, water dispenser facilities, quite complete amenities, the room is also clean. The location is very strategic near Bugis MRT and bus stops. For Muslims it is also highly recommended because it is only a short walk to the Sultan Mosque and many halal food options.

Friendly staff, 1 room includes mini bar, amenities, hair dryer. Affordable price. Affordable. There is a bidet in the toilet. The wifi speed is very good, the room is a bit narrow but clean. Although not soundproof but comfortable.

With regards to your query, we would like to inform you that the cancellation is done on the day that you check out.
Once the cancellation is made from our end, our bank will release the pre-authorization amount and they will subsequently inform your credit card issuing bank.
The estimated release duration is between 7 to 14 working days. However, neither the hotel nor the local bank can advise when will your issuing bank be releasing the deposit. The only way to confirm this is by calling your issuing bank.
We can only suggest that you contact your issuing bank and show them the release receipt.
