One of the best budget hotel that I have stayed in Singapore. The room and toilet are clean, and there’s a small 7E outside of the hotel. Highly recommended to anyone who’s going to Sentosa Island. I walked 400m from Telok Blangah MRT stn not knowing that there’s a bus stop nearby! It’s very close to the hotel and you can take any buses, and there’ll be only 2 stops to Harbourfront MRT stn. Super convenient!

The room size is reasonable for a "Singapore class" hotel, also clean. And it takes around 5-10 minutes walking from MRT station to reach this hotel.

The Fragrance Hotel -Royal is situated at the Telok Blangah Road, its near to Harbourfront and Vivocity, the access is easy, a few steps to the bus stop, MRT Station also near too. We get a free upgrade from Deluxe to Superior room, We are really happy about it. The receptionists are very kind and helpful, The room is clean, the air conditioner is good, the water is just nice. Its a very pleasant experience to stay here. Definitely will comeback to stay here someday.

Stayed only for one night for an event nearby. Pretty quiet location. The hotel itself is nice, all staff super friendly, shout out to Jenny at the front desk during the checkout 👍

As Singapore is a small city state, rooms in economy-tiered hotels are not spacious, but they are functional and have all the necessary features to provide guests with a comfortable rest. All the buses right at our doostep goes to Vivocity Mall (which is 2 bus stops away) where you can find many F&B outlets. We hope to see you again on your next visit to Singapore.

It's around 5 minutes from Telok Balangah MRT station, the room is clean, staff very friendly and helpful, atmosphere is calm. There are so many good things to say, however you won't believe it. I highly recommend this hotel for your staycation.

The experience was good. But my entire level was for SHN and my room was between these rooms so I was abit worried. The room was small. Too pricey for a budget hotel.

Although we enjoyed the location and the easy accessibility to both Mount Faber and Vivo city'/ Harbourfront, the hotel room and bathroom is very small. We did not mind that much as it was only for 1 night and we are hardly in the room. The 1 con was that we did not sleep very well in the night because the aircon was not cold. Other than that, my friend and I enjoyed the easy accessibility as the bus stop is just outside and accessible to many locations.

I am pleased to know that the location of the hotel had met to your needs during your stay here. Yes, ibis budget Singapore Mount Faber is situated just a couple of bus stops away from HarbourFront Centre and VivoCity Mall. There is a subway station, HarbourFront MRT Station located at the basement of the latter, where guests can conveniently board a train and travel to the various parts of Singapore.
I am sorry for the air-conditioning issue you had experienced. This had been relayed to the Maintenance Team to conduct a check and make the necessary rectification.
