Awesome stay at Santa Grand with my family! I would like to thank the team on duty during our stay there btw 26-28Nov. I travelled with 3 elderly, one in wheelchair. The team managed to assign our 2 rooms close to each other and one bigger room to accommodate wheelchair. It makes taking care of everyone so much more convenient. Really appreciate for everything, from the prompt response for room service to kind consideration during our stay. My family enjoyed it so much! This is an unforgettable birthday celebration for my aunt, being her first staycation 😊 would definitely come back again! Can't express enuff thanks for the team, thank you for taking care of us!

Definitely recommend! Booked the superior room, and requested for slight check-in/check-out and room with view through email. They responded quite fast. The given room was nice on level 5; Enough space, comfortable, and clean! The staff and especially young lady receptionist were so kind. It is a very good choice if you want to explore Joo Chiat and east coast area, and many famous food nearby, for example less than 5 minute walk to 328 Laksa, Delicious boneless chicken, Chin Mee Chin, Sinpopo, Birds of paradise, etc! Although the hotel is traditional, rooms are in a new building with good sound isolation. Moreover swimming pool on the roof was really good (and can say private!), the water temperature is warm even when rains in the evening! The only drawback was that the bed were not double, instead it was two single bed put next to each other.

The staff was really nice, all very helpful and positive! The only downside was the outdated vibes of the room. Along with the facilities like the pool and amenities (variety of food) in the area, the friendly staff was a huge part of my pleasant experience!

Stayed in a room for 3 pax. High ceiling with skylight windows. Very pleasant. Room is spacious. Somehow I’m not sure why we are able to hear the guest next door talking quite distinctly? Walls too thin?

very goo service by the hotel staff siew choo and has excellent parking lot and will go again on the 15th may for our anniversary day for a 1 nite stay🥰 has a great swimming pool and we are having a good time

If the room says it has a skylight, that’s code for the room has a skylight but no windows!! I feel they should mention the fact that their are no windows in these rooms.

A gorgeous renovated old building in a lovely area. Close to great food with a bus stop almost out the front door. Was amazed at the amount of pedigree dogs being taken for walks in the area!

The hotel staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. It was always nice to interact with them. The pool area was nice and the hotel is in fairly good condition. The room was modern and clean, but it was quite small which may bother some people. I didn't mind since I went out most of the day. However, the bathroom in the room did NOT have a door that locks (for safety reasons) and when the door was closed, there was a gap on the side where the hinges are so it wasn't completely closed off from the rest of the room. That could be awkward if you're sharing with someone so keep that in mind.
The hotel is in a very convenient spot. It's close to an MRT station and about 15-20min from Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. There are a lot of great restaurants and a couple of convenience stores on the same street as the hotel, and there's also a shopping centre nearby. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel that is easy to access and in a cool place of the city. Check-in was easy and they let us check-in a couple of hours early. The room was good, clean, and quiet. Air conditioning was fully adjustable. The only issue was that the water leaked all over the bathroom floor when showering.
