Very accommodating during Ramadan - very good staff and courteous

Everything about the property was ok except, no hot water in shower.

The hotel is desperately need to be renovated The room is sparsely decorated and feel like it is a hostel

Only there for 1 night building seemed very run down, service was good and good location for food and amenities.

Very old and outdated, but close by food and the water. Our room was ok, clean enough but needed a deep clean. The hotel Itself is very old and needs maintenance. It also had a weird odor.

Village Changi is an experience of being around locals. It is away from the tourist part of town. The swimming pool on the top floor is very pleasant. I dont really like the breakfast. Alot of Asian and European options, but not brilliant quality. There are good parks nearby. Good for a brief stopover.

Property could use some updating. Bed was comfortable but shower/bath is high and would be very difficult for some people to use safely. Restaurant upstairs had 5 things on the menu and very overpriced drinks, ice was dirty and drink was terrible. Cost 40$ for 2 drinks.

*1/5 Stars* Disappointing Stay at Village Hotel Changi I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Village Hotel Changi, where subpar service and amenities marred my experience. The shuttle service was woefully inadequate, with excessively long wait times for a journey that should take no more than 15 minutes. Upon check-in, I was informed of a room upgrade, which proved to be underwhelming. However, the real issue arose when a group on the same floor began hosting a loud party, disrupting my rest. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, the noise persisted, with the staff failing to effectively address the issue. The front desk staff, particularly Vinosha, were unhelpful and unsympathetic to my plight. When I requested a refund, I was met with excuses and a dismissive attitude. Following my stay, I emailed William Charles Dorai and Vinosha to reiterate my refund request, only to be offered a future upgrade – a gesture that rang hollow given my previous experience. In light of the hotel's poor service, inadequate amenities, and unhelpful staff, I strongly advise against staying here. There are plenty of alternative options near the Singapore airport that are better equipped to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Staff organised taxi to the airport, and even rang our room when taxi arrived

Convenient to airport. Modern design - open and airy. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive, polite and thoroughly competent.

The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. I was under the impression that it was closer to the airport, the free shuttle took about 40 minutes from airport to the hotel. This includes just checking other terminals for pick ups.

Nice view of the sea from the room. Place is quiet and peaceful.

Seri was excellent. She is very knowledgeable courteous and professional. She helped me with my iPhone with information I needed. She also helped me check into my flight to Thailand. Very happy with my stay. Thank you, Roseanna

Very pleasant and clean Helpful staff. Room was up to date and comfortable. Only negative was the condition of exterior walls - badly need painting. It was surprising to see with how clean the interior was, with the external walls, mostly on the back side looked so shabby. Still enjoyed our stay a would recommend it to others.Also, it was difficult to connect with the shuttle at the airport because of incorrect information.

Stay one night with my family to catch the early morning flight. This hotel located along the coast. You can get a sea view room. It is close to airport as well. However, the buildings and rooms are really out of date. The exterior painting is faded and peeled off. The tiles on the bathtub are cracked. Time to remodel.

Staff was friendly, was located in a great area with many shopping and restaurant options. Hotel was modern and clean.
