Room is small

Don't stay here! Misleading photoshopped photos! It's old with tiny dirty bathroom. They only give guests 1 key. Internet drops every few mins. Horribly noisy due to constructions which during check in we were lied to saying back side is quiter than chunggaechun side.

Good location

I never leave a bad review, but…. The hotel would be okay, location is good, staff is friendly. Rooms are small but I imagine that’s normal for this city. The issue is we’re here in March and our room is 28’C (82F). When we “complained”, we’re told that they cannot use air conditioning this time of year in the hotel. We were told to open our window and listen to the construction across the street and they would give us a fan. In 3 days we got the temperature to 26’. Still pretty hard to sleep in. Staff are friendly but not helpful.

The amenities provided on site were very limited and the property could use a good update, renovation is needed.

No shops nearby, no reasonably priced or even good food available

I loved my stay here! I came up to Seoul to relax for a long weekend. The hotel was perfect for that. It’s right on Cheonggyecheon stream and I loved waking up each morning taking a walk along it. It’s very close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants. Mostly, I wanted to rest in a good hotel room for my break and this hotel was great for that. It’s a very nice room with good beds and soft pillows. It even had a bathtub! I loved my stay here, the hotel was extremely comfortable and it was a perfect long weekend break!

No internet in the room very stressful, I had to stay in the lobby for internet service!

Amazing hotel, staff, localization. Clean room, enough space for 2 people and luggages. Really loved the place! Can’t wait to go back!

Will definitely book here again

Very good hotel in a great area for food and shopping. Walk everywhere from Myeongdong to City Hall and Gwanghwamun. Great food options nearby at very reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here and recommend it to people looking for a more local feel away from tourists. The back alley ways give you a taste of Seoul’s past. If you don’t want to see that you can just stay on the main roads Cheonggyecheon-ro and steam right in front of the hotel. Daily house keeping with fresh towels and bottled water was excellent. I really enjoyed this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Only downside for us was the water pressure for the shower and all the construction around the hotel. The noise wasn’t too bad but construction never stopped even on rainy days. Overall an excellent place to stay, comfortable room with a king bed and I almost gave it a 5 star all the way across.

Room was so stuffy and AC was not working, so we had to use a fan in a room with no windows. Very old outdated hotel. Night staff in the front desk was not friendly at all. The only positive thing is that it’s near a lot of restaurants and shops.

Good location , we walked around for the day and a half that we were there . Staff were great too highly recommend

The hotel rooms are fine, and are comfy enough. The rooms are cleanly, but pretty bare. Convenient location for single travellers. The washroom for the single bed rooms are very tight.

The room was fully cleaned AC works perfectly. The location was perfect for tourists, shops, attractions and places to visit were within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants close by.

only one room card key, no conditioner, a bit hot if we do not open a window but good service 24h reception, location, clean, quiet, 2 bottles of water everyday. I would like to stay here again

Comfortable enough but needs an update refurbishment - no USB charging ports or international power sockets found in more up-to-date hotels, and no light switches by the bed, forcing you to switch on/off lights at a wall switch away from the bed. Not all rooms have baths so check when you reserve.
