New Seoul Hotel

Great location, helpful staff, elevators were slow but would stay here again.

Location is perfect close to everything shopping, restaurants and transit.The hotel is very clean, allows early check in and late check out will definitely stay here again.

Not able to adjust water temperature when taking shower… suddenly becomes extremely hot Location is the best

It was ok but you could tell it was not really cared for.

Hotel was worth its money snd close to do much too see in seoul.

Sometimes it was very loud. You could hear everyone coming and going and could hear people in their rooms. Rooms were cleaned every day and bed was very comfy. Would have liked to have more pillows. We liked having coffee and waters replenished every day.

The only issue we had is with the water heater. Despite having an engineer came by to check and adjust the temperature, the issue was not resolved completely. The water get extremely hot that made showering impossible.

The room was spacious but dated. We arrived 15-30 min before check-in and the front desk still made us wait until 3pm to check us in even though the rooms were likely ready. I paid more on expedia for our room that our travel companions who booked on a different site so I was disappointed that we got the exact same room for a significantly more.

The property is on a small street. We booked a family suite with loft and that is on theb16th floor. The regular elevator only goes to 15th floor so we had to change elevators everytime we entered and left the unit. The other elevator is the service elevator and it smelled like trash. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent. It would get really hot and then cool down, so not sure of it was just our unit or if the other ones had same issue but the water pressure was good. The check out is 11am, which seems a bit early. Asked for late checked out and they charge 10k won per hour. There was no clear direction on how to get to the airport bus so walked a bit to find it. The room was clean amd good size though.

Unfriendly and rude staff.

The hotel is located at a corner between the Seoul City Hall and to various establishments. Very near to all amazing restaurants and cafes. There are convenient stores like 7-eleven & American fast food chain like McDonald’s, coffee bean, and Starbucks within the perimeter of the hotel. Will come back and highly recommended to everyone who would be traveling to Seoul Korea.

Good big clean spacious rooms. Close to many places to eat and convenient stores. Trains stations within walking distance. Buses to airport close to hotel.

It was good value for the area. It is an older hotel, but staff were always friendly and helpful, thus made up for the age and condition of the hotel.

Pros: Very good location for visiting Seoul, within walking distance to many palaces, museums, markets and shopping malls. Some staff speak English. However, cannot help with booking taxi. Fairly well maintained property. Decent size room with kettle, daily water bottle, small fridge and hairdryer. Cons: The ceiling lights in the room did not work throughout our stay, it was difficult to control the temperature of the shower and the washbasin did not drain well.

걸어서 관광하기에 좋은 장소들이 많았습니다. 객실에서 습한 냄새가 나서 그 점은 안좋았던 부분이었네요

It says on the website that there is laundry facilities but there’s only laundry service. So the closest laundry mat is about 4-5 blocks from the hotel. Everything else is good!
