Very good location and silent environment . I feel safe when I go out at night. Many restaurant nearby. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Very good for business but not suitable with baby and elderly as the front door have staircase.I feel hard to bring my luggages.

The staff went above and beyond to be kind to us during our stay. Many of the staff speak English as well which was super helpful. We would highly recommend and we will stay here again in the future.

It may sound dumb, but I was not able to easily find how to turn off the lights. Also, they don't offer toothpaste or toothbrush. Besides that, everything ok.

Sometimes it was very loud. You could hear everyone coming and going and could hear people in their rooms. Rooms were cleaned every day and bed was very comfy. Would have liked to have more pillows. We liked having coffee and waters replenished every day.

The only issue we had is with the water heater. Despite having an engineer came by to check and adjust the temperature, the issue was not resolved completely. The water get extremely hot that made showering impossible.
