Apart from the clean and nice room and service, I really appreciate the laundry facilities in the hotel!

the location of the property was great, it was only a 10 minute walk away from Myeongdong. The only issue with our room was the washroom. It is very small, and the sink would not drain quickly. The tub would also leak water after we shower. Otherwise the facility was clean and the staff was accommodating when we had any issues.

Bathroom is so small that you would have difficulty opening the door from the inside. Also, too many inconsiderate and dumb guests staying who talked across the hall in the middle of the night. The walls are too thin.

Room was fine, except it has the ‘moth ball smell, very strong in the room, got used to it after a few days. Wish the room have day curtains as our room faces a roof top where people do get up there and see right inside the room

Everything is awesome

I have stayed at this location twice. If you’re traveling with two people, for anything longer than 2 to 3 days,upgrade to a bigger room. You will need the space. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel gets super busy. That can mean that you will need to wait for an elevator at times. The key thing about this hotel is the location. You are just far enough away from Myeongdong/Euljiro central that you don’t have the incessant honking noise or music at night. But, you are withing walking distance to Chungmuro Station (less than 3 blocks), Myeongdong station (about .5 km) and Euljiro 2 & 3 (about .5 km). If you’re up for walking, and I’m just talking a couple kilometers, you’re also within walking distance of Cheonggycheon Stream, Insadong Culture Street, Green Lung Plaza, one of the palace gates and the MMCA. Samcheong-dong and Bukchon Hanok Village is about another km beyond that. That’s a couple kilometers in one direction and worth the walk. And the other direction, you’re right by one of the Hanok Villages (right across the street from Chungmuro station) and Dongkuk. Then there’s all of Namsan Park. Don’t be sleeping on Namsan. If it’s not summer, I highly recommend the 12 km walk up. I’m a hiker though. The walk up is a beautiful paved road and there’s so many sites and interesting little parks and monuments to see on the way. You can always take the cable car back down, or the bus.

Great location, close to main shopping centre and food market.

We had a quadruple room, which was good and spacious. The pictures on the page are misleading because they show a table, furniture next to sink and a window, while we did not have any of these.

The location was great with easy walking access to multiple stations. The double bed was small, which was fine, but there wasn’t space in the bathroom to store towels that were wet or toiletries. Also, the layout of the room was a bit uncomfortable..

Not close to public transit, but lots of food options

Great location near Myeongdong — super clean too.

The hotel is in a good location slightly away from the main hustle and bustle from Myeongdong. The rooms are small (and the bathroom is especially tiny) but has most of what you need - bed, desk, TV, room safe, fridge. What's missing is cupboard and closets. The beds are very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, with quick and efficient check-in.

Close enough to Myeongdong without the congestion and hustle. Lots of restaurants to the east that seemed popular with locals. Although close to Chungmuro station, most of our navigation routes did not ask us to use that station so had to walk a few extra minutes. Chungmuro station has an elevator at exit 7 which is closer end to the hotel. Bathroom is small and the door opens inwards such that you need to straddle the toilet to close so I do not recommend for those who cannot do this.

The staff were outstanding in every way. Welcoming, cheerful, helpful. Aided us each day with how to get to our destination by subway. The cook went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed our meals. Even though it was the end of the work day for one of the front desk staff, she stopped to help us move our luggage to our vehicle. They made our stay so very comfortable.
