The hotel was very close to subway station, bus station, and a lot of main attraction in seoul. Myeongdong arcade was walking distance, going to namsan, gangnam, sinchon, samcheongdong using transportation was 20-30 minutes max. The hotel’s service was great, the receptionist was able to speak english fluently & very accommodating.

The restaurant needs better selection. My group of 22 ate breakfast once but kind of disappointed. Dining staff was not service oriented &’coffee was warm.

Small but adequate. Would like normal sized bathtub. Some breakfast included would be nice. Don’t like being told I have to buy food there to eat in lobby tables. Don’t like I can’t turn on AC. WAS HOT AND SWEATY AT NIGHT

Good hotel close to transit and myeongdong shopping area. Housekeeping was a bit off. They were supposed to tidy the room after 3 nights but showed up often in the evening when we were in the room. Same with 4 nights it's supposed to get cleaned more and they came in the evening when we were in the room.

The hotel was very closed to subway and Myeongdong. Only the problem is the washroom shower. All the water around the floor. The management need to improve this problem.

the location of the property was great, it was only a 10 minute walk away from Myeongdong. The only issue with our room was the washroom. It is very small, and the sink would not drain quickly. The tub would also leak water after we shower. Otherwise the facility was clean and the staff was accommodating when we had any issues.

Bathroom is so small that you would have difficulty opening the door from the inside.
Also, too many inconsiderate and dumb guests staying who talked across the hall in the middle of the night. The walls are too thin.

Room was fine, except it has the ‘moth ball smell, very strong in the room, got used to it after a few days. Wish the room have day curtains as our room faces a roof top where people do get up there and see right inside the room
