I would stay there again!

the facilities…laundry my stay was for 11 days…so good to have something available in my building…

Friendly staff. Good location.

bathroom is very small. the sink is tiny.

In term of location, it’s not too bad. Close to lotsa of eating places, 15mins walk to myeongdong. The downside was really the small room and there is only 2 lifts for 14 levels with at least 16 room per floor.

Staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Property was clean and located close to convenience stores, restaurants, and subway stations. There's a Wowpass machine in the lobby, and ATM at the GS25 across the street, and laundry facilities in the basement. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, especially the bathroom, but for a budget hotel it was not bad. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel felt safe, location and amenities were good. I would definitely recommend if you're not bothered about size and aesthetics of the room, you get what you pay for, i would happily stay here again.

명동을 관광하기에 위치가 명동역과 멀지 않아 좋았습니다. 침대도 높지 않고 어린이들과 함께 머무르기에도 괜찮았어요. 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 다만 침실에 머무를 수 있는 인원에 비해 욕실이 좀 작았고, 작은 욕실을 효율적으로 활용하지 못한 느낌이에요. 돌출형 욕조나 비데가 달린 변기가 다 욕실 사이즈에 비해 과한 느낌입니다. 비데가 달린 변기가 문을 향해 있는데 문이 안으로만 열리고 왼편엔 세면대가 있어서 드나들기가 많이 불편했어요. 두 대의 엘리베이터가 효율적으로 움직이지 않는 시스템도 개선이 필요해 보였습니다. 그런 점이 개선된다면 별 다섯개를 줄 수 있을것 같아요.

Wonderful staff and the room was clean too. Perfect for 2 people. 10 min walk from Myeongdong Street.

The room is very small for a family of four and it’s hard to shower without getting water out of the bathtub. The sink in the bathroom was also very small. The location of the hotel was very convenient and I felt that having two levels was very innovative.

Staff were friendly and helpful! The room as clean, modern and quiet. This hotel will keep your luggage for you for later pick up on the day you check out so you can use your last few hours in Seoul to tour around if your flight is later in the day. They were also willing to arrange a taxi for me to get to Seoul station on my last day. This location is close to many major attractions and there is a convenience store next door to get drinks and snacks or to top off your T-money card before setting out for the day.

It was all good, but the bathroom was so small that it was hard.

Good hotel, clean and well maintained. Room is good enough for solo travellers. Only thing is that they do not provide bottles which is a bit disappointing.

While we booked knowing the hotel room was going to be small, we were given an even smaller room where the stairs was tucked at the back - with difficulty to get upstairs without hitting the head. The upstairs floor had minimal air flow making the area hot. The AC couldn't cool down the room at all. Every shower in the bathroom results in a soaking floor.

We stayed for 8 nights. The lobby was cosy and staffs were friendly and got us checked in early (arrived at about 12pm) without waiting till 2pm. When we went in the room, everything looks acceptable except for the toilet. I don't get it why they need to put a bathtub inside when the toilet was already so small. If take a look closer, there're a layer of dust on the bathtub and on the toilet. The cleanup and tidying up the room will only took place every 3 days &/ 4 days. On the 1st clean up, when we went back to our room end of the day, we saw the towels were placed on top of the toilet, not on the cover. We were speechless and then we saw small insects started crawling out from the toilet. The drainage in the bathtub was not cleaned up causing the water unable to flow. We have to clean up the hair in it by ourselves. We notified the front desk and they gradually accepted everything we feedback and did cleaning again on that day (supposed to be tidy up but they clean again). The small insects did not appear again that day till the day we checked out.

Happy I chose this hotel , close to many restaurants, bars, stores and Myeongdong street the hotel is very clean would definitely recommend 👌
