AC Hotel Valencia by Marriott

Bathroom needs bath mat and more handicap rails.

Good location, near the City of Arts and Sciences. The facilities are basic and in need of maintenance; the mattress was completely saggy, and I woke up with back pain. Breakfast is good. They advertise a gym on the 10th floor, but the key card doesn't allow you to select that floor. Parking is for small cars and costs 18 Euros per night. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel. As a Hotels Platinum member you don't receive nothing.

Breakfast was bad Rooms were not ready every day until 5 pm in the afternoon The hotel had water leaks in so many places The bath plug was stuck, so empty the bath Safe battery ran out with my passport inside The electric power socket was sparking, so I had to pull out the frig plug in the middle of the night The hotel was clearly understaffed

Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel, a bit far from the city center to walk but close to some great sites like oceanographic site.

The staff was very helpful and professional but the shower and bathroom was not clean.

It’s was perfect!! And the best location ever.

Breakfast was superb and constantly renewed. The rooms were smallish but probably consistent with europe. The bathroom was dire. Felt like a 70’s hangover. The shower didn't work at all and the available room to get in and out of the bath tub was bordering on a potential accident or injury. Bathroom trim was old and worn. The glass frosted door to the bathroom offered little privacy. Club sandwich in the bar was very good. We never did find the restaurant available for evening meals. Food available in the streets nearby. Launderette available just around the corner and 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and very good English.

Pleasant surprise in Valencia!, great location, wonderful staff, easy access to beaches, shopping and historic sites. Safe, clean accommodations, lovely breakfast We will definitely return in the future.

Great service & friendly helpful team. Had free-weights up to 20kg in gym which was good.

The front desk staff was quite good. The room was adequate very nice. The hotel staff in general was exceptional. It would’ve been nice if they had a pool

Nice hotel but not worth the amount they are asking per night

Room two small once you deploy the sofa bed. Tables rock like small boats. Restroom without all amenities and a door that doesn’t close shut taking away any privacy. Trash can is nice if it worked properly. We tried the breakfast buffet but the staff might’ve been overworked or something as they were not friendly as most locals were.

There was mold in the bathroom and the drapery was dirty and torn

The maid and the front desk staff were helpful, courteous and professional. The facility was clean in general. The block-out light drapes were dirty or dated. The bathtub had a plastic flimsy shower head and it looks like it had been retrofitted with a half a glass door over the tub. When you took a shower the water was all over the flower. One of the sheets had a hole and above the air vent looks like the paint job was never finished ( rectangular in shape). Finally, although we arrive at 17:00 we were given the room besides the elevator. I thought that being a gold key member with Expedia had some benefits other than pricing. Finally, the internet access was spotty and was unavailable from around 20:00 on Sunday (March 2) through Monday (March 3) at 10:30 AM.
