The hotel has the eeriest vibes… if you have seen “The Backrooms,” the hotel is reminiscent of that movie. The lighting is really creepy and the modern layout of the hotel feels sterile. Walking down the hallway to your room, there is little detail to distinguish the doors from the walls, and combining that with creepy lighting it gives me the chills walking to my room. The basement is even creepier with lights pointing upwards. The layout of the hotel is very strange, with the elevators being split up for no reason making them less efficient to use. The outdoor pool is located in the weirdest spot and the backyard of the hotel is huge and seems to serve no purpose. The food is bland and boring. At the breakfast buffet I had to go through 4-5 plates to find one that was completely clean. Staff was helpful and friendly! I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed overnight between flights as a group of four. We booked the 2 BR suite, which was very, very nice. It was spacious, was very modern with all kinds of amenities like a complimentary minibar, bottled water, and coffee maker. It also had a separate living room which was very nice to have. Checkin was great and the staff at the hotel were all great. The on-site restaurant(s) (there are several but we only ate one meal there) was great with very friendly staff. I could not give it 5 stars because the next morning we went to catch the 5:40am airport shuttle and that system is a disaster. Even though I think we gave the hotel our departure flight info, and I assume other guests did as well, there wasn't enough room in the shuttle for all the guests trying to use it. Three of our party found seats, but I did not. Several other guests were left out as well but it was only apparent after everyone's luggage had been loaded so some people had to go back, dig out their luggage and find a last minute alternate transfer to the airport. Myself, I left my luggage in the bus for the rest of my party to grab for me, and found one single taxi in the adjacent lot that I took independently. The driver was absolutely no help at all and clearly couldn't care less about the situation. So, be prepared to find our own last minute transfer or make sure you're among the first on the bus. In all, would stay here again, but the early morning stress was not what we needed.

The room was clean and the hotel was nice, however, I was given the same room as someone else. I was about to go to bed when some guy opened my door and apologized right away, the young lady at the counter was probably exhausted since it was 3:00 am, so she gave two people the same room number.

Attention the restaurant and the table had ants. We moved to the next table and had ants again. The room was pretty and clean however the bed was soooo hard. No support and the air conditioning didn’t work the entire night

Called the Barcelona Airport Hotel but NOT at the airport. When arriving at the hotel, the shuttle did not come after 40 mins. Called the hotel and the staff was extremely rude. A shuttle ride from the hotel to Terminal B takes 20 mins. Located in an industrial area with no restaurants or anything close by. This hotel is NOT ideal as it is far from the airport.

We stayed one night at the BAH. It is not right beside the airport so you need to allocate some time to take their free shuttle to get to/from the airport. The rooms and your standard hotel room with no issues. The pool is nice and offered a relaxing break from our day. Staff were helpful and we were able to get our room early watch was a great bonus.

Shower didn't have soap or a waste basket and the water temp would fluctuate from hot to cool. no trash can at all in the room. the bathroom needs to be touched up too.
