All good, apart from some of hotel staff struggling to communicate in English. Also no do not disturb sign in the room and minibar was empty. There was toothpaste stain in the bathroom and only a small bin in the bathroom. However the stay was very pleasant.

This was an awesome plce for a week. Anna was outstanding at the front desk. 5 stars!

Don’t stay here! It’s NOT like the Dreams Resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean

Staff Not Accommodating !!! Actually Rude!
We booked the best suite available in the Preferred Category…Not worth it
DO NOT do the All inclusive because you WONT want to eat there
Our room service was never delivered
Our bed was not set up as twins as we had requested even after we requested them remake it - it was never done
I wanted an information booklet in our suite about amenities/ room service / gym classes etc - was told they didn’t have on
They said they have 4 restaurants on site - No it’s one serve yourself room with 4 types of food you can order on your phone via an app. This was a terrible shock we only ate at dreams for one meal!
The preferred lounge mini bar was locked until 12 noon everyday - that meant NO Diet Coke to start my morning!
Never stay here!!!!!!

The hotel is clean and in a great location for getting into Palma/the airport. Room was big and overlooking the pool. Lots of choice for food, however, the setup of the street food dining area downstairs needs more staff/explanation of how it works. Also, one day we waited 1hour for lunch at the Oceana restaurant and staff were openly stressed and unhappy. Entertainment staff were lovely, others need to be a bit more aware of customer service. All in all a good stay and would come back! 😊

Wonderful resort. Room was a bit small but very clean and modern! Great pools but it is a 5-10 min walk to the beach as the hotel does not have beach access. We loved the entertainment but the hotel restaurants we tried (Market Café andLa Trattoria) were just ok. Would stay again and would recommend!

A wonderful hotel, located away a stones throw away from a beach and far enough away from the clubs so you don’t lose any sleep. Great for singles, couples and families. A large selection of cuisines. Nice walking distance to the shops and clubs. Lovely sea view from the balcony. A choice of swimming pools and evening entertainment. Highly recommended.

As a seasoned traveller I keep an open mind from staying in hostels to self catering to 5* all inclusive. After staying in dreams previous I did not expect to be so disappointed.
We paid to upgrade to the premier club not sure what we paid for. Room was nice however, no snacks, no robes, no slippers, the mini fridge had 2 beers and a can of soda. I am not a snob but if it is advertised and I’m paying extra then I would expect these extras.
All inclusive drinks are very limited, the selection is poor, all drinks taste the same and even with premier club why would I have to pay for some drinks not to mention how long the line ups and waits are to get drinks.
The supper and breakfast buffet was the same everyday day, no variety. The additional street food options weren’t always available they were so short staffed.
The evening entertainment was extremely poor and amateur, the Motown night was great but otherwise it was mediocre at best.
The property was nice but very boring, bare minimum daily entertainment.
The communication from the front staff very poor, you are given your keys and not given any information regarding what is included or available, the one day it appeared it may storm, the pool was closed and didn’t reopen. No one could give any information as to what was happening and the only entertainment when pool was closed was prerecorded football.
Finally the last night I had food poisoning.
Extremely disappointed and in no way the Hyatt standard I have had before.
