Exe Rey Don Jaime Hotel

Close to opera house, science museum and the greenspace that connects to the old town. Really nice.

Clean and good service. Be careful to drive in to the underground parking the entrance was so tight.

The property can't offer a Triple Room at 300-400 euros per night, stazing they have a TV working in the room, while they know very well the room is not connected to Cable / SAT services, but just to aerial TV with 2 local channels only. Air-condition was not working because it is spring (not summer yet...) but this not Scandinavia. 26°c is quite hot... the closet was not in the room but in the bathroom... really? Is this the right place for keeping my clothes? Near to the water, impregnated with the humidity of the shower room and odor of the toilet room?

I would highly recommend Exe. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food in both, breakfast and dinner, were outstanding. So was the service provided by all the staff members everywhere, dining, and lobby. Very close to the more modern section of the City; yet still walkable (30 min) to old town.

So loud at night can hear banging for ages and super loud music blaring around hotel. U will get a rubbish sleep

Great property and close to the main points of interest. A little noise because the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the guests on the hallways and in the upper floors.

The best hotel so far from the 3 months I’ve stayed in Spain. Person very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, well managed, and super kindhearted. I have been in this property on and off for the past month for a total of 24 days that I even missed the hospitality of the hotel when I left out of town. Can’t believe the hotel is well managed by Alvaro, Teresa, Noelia! Reception is beyond helpful on how to get around Valencia, shout out to Salvador, Georgia, Pepe # 1, Pepe #2, Santi, Jose, Elot, Carlota, Oscar, Raquel and all of them are super friendly. The bar personal was beyond my expectations as well along with the restaurant crew. Special thanks to Xavi, Antonio Fernando, Gigi #1 & #2 along with Felix. The restaurant has excellent food as well. I’ve been to the hotel chain of Senator and it does not compare to the management of this hotel. I totally recommend it for anyone that visits Valencia. Good value and good location for walks through the Turia Gardens.

Georgia, Jose, Salvador, charlotte, Fernando Antonio, and xavi, the best staff so far, it made me realize that I need to come to stay a few more days, the hospitality and the welcoming was beyond my expectations, literally that I want to come back more often. Shout out to the reception staff and the bartenders at the bar. Thank you

This hotel has a great roof bar with a pool, great views of the city, a nice gym area, a sunny outside rooftop area, good food, and the staff were my favorite while in Spain. I stayed at a few places. The morning crew were helpful and had a good sense of humor. I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel looks quite old and uncomfortable with poor quality furniture. The pool wasn't working.

Nice city hotel, roof pool is an extra bonus with solarium and gym. Nice rooms. Good location. Black out curtains. Slamming of doors by other guests was only gripe but not hotels fault

The hotel was in a great location for me, close to everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, I cannot praise them highly enough. I wish I had taken their names, I could then have praised them individually, they were friendly, courteous, helpful, patient and a credit to the hotel.

The air conditioning did not work and we couldn’t sleep. My wife was pregnant and the air vents reeked of sewage.
