I just needed a place to stay for less than 24 hours between flights from Tangiers to the US. I just wanted to relax and hang out. I was able to do that at Sercotel. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast. The hotel was modern, attractive and very clean. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free airport shuttle was a huge selling point. I didn't venture out, but others from the group did take an Uber to nearby sites and a museum.

Air conditioning system was brutal. thermostat was so sensitive the fan would come on and off every 10 seconds and was very noisy.

Pedro the receptionist was terrible and scummy. I booked a room for my brother and his 3 very small children. A room with two twin beds conjoined would’ve sufficed , but forced to get another room because of 4 persons. It would make sense for 4 adults. Made no sense for two very small children to stay in a room by themselves. Was forced to get another room and didn’t care about the situation . And Pedro’s face didn’t have an ounce of caring.

Very nice hotel. Short distance to MERCADONA to get in the last minutes some groceries. Very clean and quiet area.
It is worth to stay a night before free shuttle will get you to airport.

Nice Hotel. Nice rooms. Way over priced. I stayed there because of a long layover. I stayed there because of the free shuttle to & from the airport. My flight into Milan was delayed and the shuttle wasn't available because of the late hour. Because of the high rate for the stay, they should have reimbursed me for the taxi ride.
