Would highly recommend this property - staff extremely friendly and helpful, good selection at breakfast (including gluten and lactose free options), very clean throughout and really comfortable bed. Slept so well! The hotel is next to a busy road but when the window is shut, the noise is barely noticeable. Air con is available in the room so no sweaty nights!

Excellent hotel great location to explore city. Hotel is very well maintained and looked after. Outdoor pool was closed for maintenance so unable to use. Was disappointed with how the spa facilities are marketed. You have to pay 25 euros per person to use the spa facilities ie sauna and steam room and it is time restricted to 1 hour use. When bookings are made for the hotel this information is not clearly communicated to the travellers. The spa facility is run by an external company. No wonder it is empty most of the time throughout the day. I was under the impression the use of sauna and steam room will be complimentary as a paying guest. Please communicate clearly for future guests. Rooms are clean and tidy and bathroom amenities excellent. Really enjoyed our stay here as a family of four booked 2 rooms. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Excellent standards of cleanliness and all the staff were equally excellent. Only minor gripes were the outside, rooftop pool being closed for maintenance until our departure day (the outdoor pool was one reason I chose this hotel) and the street noise as our 3rd floor room faced the street. Breakfast buffet was also good.

We arrived to find out the hotel pool was closed for renovations but nobody had informed us and as we are in middle of a month long exploring and relaxing holiday this was very disappointing. Also as this hotel is more focused on company visits the terrace bar was closed on 2 of our 4 nights . Rooms and staff good .

Hotel room was spacious and neat. 4 of us shared a room comfortably for a week. Staff was very helpful calling taxis for us and reheating food for my baby. Location is central and the bus stop right in front of the hotel was a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, nice location. However, during our visit the pool was under maintenance and closed - this was not mentioned when booking with Expedia. Additionally, there was an issue with the room key cards which created an inconvenience for us and the staff. Would return as both issues were temporary!
