Very nice breakfast, staff super helpful, room a bit small but slept well

Nice hotel. Would recommend. Bus stop emmenbrucke sprengi. One bus line 61 was right across the street and line 2 was down the street. A Coop and an ATM were just down the road. Breakfast was free. AC was included and controls were in the room which is rare in Europe...Only negative were towels were scratchy. Fyi if you're an American, the blue liquid is both body wash and shampoo.

I had a nice stay here. Being on a budget, I was OK that the hotel is about 15 mins easy bus trip from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Considering the price compared to the downtown hotels, I found it fantastic value for money.

Hôtel correct. Les lits sont petits et les oreillers peu confortables. Il y a un odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Il n’y a pas de loquets de sécurité pour barrer la chambre, c’est inquiétant surtout que l’insonorisation est faible.

Good base for our Lucerne visit. Facility was nice and the front desk staff very helpful. Good breakfast to start each day.

Not a very nice looking area but close to public transportation.

It must have some shady guests before ... there were signs to tell guests not to cook in the room, sign to tell guests about CHF 100 fine for letting the water leaked from under the shower door. BTW, the shower door is leaking if one uses its rain curtain shower head on top. The only way to avoid the water spilling on the door and leaking out of its bottom gap is to use the hand held. So it is an architectural design fault that the management tried to pin on the guests if they, God Forbid, uses the rain curtain shower head and leave a pool of water out of the door that he or she closed properly. Come on - it's rude.

Conveniently located with a supermarket nearby and a bus stop to city center.

We were given a free pass for the bus. The bus stop was very close to the hotel and we went to Lucerne for the day. We didn’t have to worry about finding parking in Lucerne. Very convenient.

Clean rooms. Good breakfest. Relativly new rooms.

Pros: Great location, amazing staff, good views from balcony, comfortable bed, very clean Cons: room is small for the price, no elevator/lift to 4th floor

A great find. Clean, very convenient to reach with the free bus pass and bus route into Lucerne almost door to door. We had a big, clean room, delicious fresh breakfast every day and staff always had a smile for us. We'll be back!

We were travelling to Italy and had overnight stay the rooms are small but very clean we left very early and motorway only a couple minutes so ideal. We would stay here again if we ever do this route again.

Great stay, large family room, very clean, friendly reception and excellent breakfast. Will go back again.
