This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!

Excellent Hotel in a lovely location. Both restaurants excellent if extremely expensive (although it is Switzerland so probably normal). Thai restaurant in particular is great.

We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

It was underwhelming. Front desk/office was superb but everyone else needs retraining. Morning team at the restaurant (Breakfast team) need retraining. Very rude when they demanded our room number as we were serving ourselves breakfast and then he realized it was part of the room. Wouldn’t offer us coffee or tea as we watched him serve others. He was very attentive and had a sense of urgency with selective people. Maybe diversity training is required. Thai restaurant only serves two times and then closes. Spa close at 6pm~ no pool unless you book spa appt. No rooftop availability unless you book a certain room type. Actually surprised Fine Hotels & Resorts recognizes this hotel as a four star hotel as it is NOT a four star hotel. However overall it is clean and the food at the bar is ok. Bar team is friendly too.

I liked the amenities in the floor. They put coffee and tea in the room and in the front of elevator. Also, they put some fruits. The location was excellent and their garden was very nice. They really made our stay very nice.

Very new and modern design hotel located right next to the thun lake. Room was large with a view of the lake. Very friendly staff and the director of the hotel really went out to engage with the guests and make us feel wecome. Also had an excellent dinner at Delta Gourmet. We were served lots of inventive pre-starters - what a treat and nice surprise. The waitress serving us was so attentive and really made time to explain the dishes. We were also able to walk easily to the path around the lake to soak up the beauty of Lake Thun.

The sauna and swimming pool, spa of the hotel is amazing. It’s also close to the lake so I can swim in the lake with the amenities supplied by the hotel.
However, the Annex Building sucks. I didn’t know I booked the Annex Building but the front desk told me I did. The Annex Building is far from the parking and have several bad things compared to the main building(ex. Nespresso machine is not free).
With all the review, I can guess the Hotel installed an Air Conditioner lately. Although the AC’s performance is not enough to cool the room at Annex Building, I think I could have died if they didn’t installed the AC.
The breakfast was not bad, but nothing was excellent.
