I had a truly memorable stay at Hotel Bristol in Zermatt. The self-service cold-pressed juice station was exceptional—featuring beetroot, carrot, and fennel juices that were fresh, delicious, and genuinely health-conscious. It’s rare to find such quality and variety in a hotel breakfast, and I appreciated the effort to offer something nourishing and unique. The location is ideal—close to the train station and village center, yet quiet enough to enjoy the alpine serenity. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Hotel Bristol blends comfort, wellness, and Swiss hospitality in a way that made our stay unforgettable. Recently stayed at Hotel Bristol in Zermatt, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with reservations or local advice. The highlight of our stay was definitely the room with a stunning view of the mountains. Waking up to the sight of the majestic mountain was truly breathtaking. The room itself was well-appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. It had all the modern amenities we needed, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The hotel's location is also a big plus, being conveniently situated close to both the town center and ski lifts. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lobby area and indulging in delicious dishes at the hotel restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bristol to anyone visiting Zermatt. Whether you're there for skiing, hiking, or just to take in the beautiful scenery, this hotel provides the perfect base with its excellent service and memorable views

Hotel Bristol was great! We loved the comfortable, roomy and scenic suite. The beds were very soft and the view was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and provided many options. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful hotel in the best location. Free transportation from and to the train station. Very clean and spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast that was included with our stay. Will definitely stay here again

Great location with clear views of the Matterhorn. Very friendly and helpful staff. Missed seeing Ebba “The Boss” as she was on vacation. :). Clean spacious room with all the amenities one would want. Breakfast spread was really good too.
