Super convenient, walking distance from the Train Station, helpful staff on arrival and really helpful staff on departure the next day. A one night stay for me. All good, clean room, completely did the job. Only complaint is a common one, I'm not a fan of individual air conditioners that are shut-off. Not all people sleep at this hotel pre-determined room temps so it can get hot and uncomfortable. I'm lucky that there was a window to open and it was cool at night. I might question coming back in hot weather.

The hotel location was perfect. It was lovely & clean & staff were all friendly! Beds were mega comfy too. The only downside was the heat in the rooms - we turned the temperature down from 23° to 10°, had the window wide open and still couldn't sleep due to being too warm.

Check-in person, Eric, was very friendly and helpful. The room could have a little more amenities, such as a coffee maker, although we could get coffee anytime downstires in the breakfast area.

Good spacious room. Inner city with good access to trains and trams. Breakfast was basic but well stocked. May not be great for wheelchair or buggies access but budget friendly. Geneva is eye wateringly expensive but you should get free tourist passes for public transportation and access to CERN is free catch no 18 tram from Coronvin train station with airport travel less than 10mins every 15 mins. Overall good stay.

Decent hotel, with all the basics, though not more (at least at our rate). No fridge/freezer in room. The check-in person in the afternoon/at night was quite slow and not exactly exhuberantly welcoming.

Most of our experience was exactly as you would expect from an Ibis. Fair price, clean and comfortable.
However the shower in room 609 was appalling - multiple tiles broken and coming away from the wall; shower head wouldn’t stay upright; shower basin leaked and plug blocked.

Not the friendliest reception. While convenient to train station it’s not in a good area. Glad we stayed only 1 night. Way overpriced for what it was. Most plugs and usb ports didn’t even work.
