Wonderful! Shuttle was there to pick us up from airport. He was so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was also very friendly and efficient. He even wished me a happy birthday as it was my birthday!! Those little extras mean a lot when you have been traveling for a while. Hotel Room was quaint spacious and clean …beds and pillows so comfy. We felt safe and well Cared for. Shuttle arrived promptly in the am and delivered us to the airport so we could make our train to zermatt. Would love to stay here again .

The hotel was excellent, great rooms, good room service. We had to go early, missed the shuttle and realized that it was available only every 30 min. We took uber. Great stay overall.
