Great location, clean and all staff are very helpful & friendly. Room is a bit small but ok. Free laundry is a bonus. There is a direct bus stop close-by to Taoyuan international airport. Highly recommend this 191 hotel for travellers. High CP Value. Will stay again absolutely.

I received the room with a faint smell of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. So beware of rule breakers. Also the wifi sucks so bad they might as well say wifi not available.

Location was excellent (close to a train station and bus stops）. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was polite, check in was quick, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom window could not be closed all the way. As a result, street noise and cold air came into the room all night. Otherwise it was a good stay.

It’s clean and the service staff are nice. However, the room is a bit small and the noise from the neighboring road is too loud to fall asleep at night.

Hotel room was clean and in excellent condition. Problem is that while the description noted that it was a five minute walk from Tayoun station and thus presumably close to the Taipei international airport, and this would be a major reason why someone would stay at this hotel fact the train at that station does not go to the airport. As a result the only way to get to the airport is by bus and since that takes 45 minutes one might just as well stay in the centre of Taipei and take the MRT which also takes about 45 minutes. This should be explained by the hotel or Expedia before customers book this hotel.

The hotel has super cute theme everywhere! We were impressed by the cleanliness and there's a carpark just behind the hotel. The staff is also very helpful and provided a lot of information about the area around the hotel.
