I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Taipei! The location was super convenient — close to public transport, night markets, and lots of great food options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the thoughtful little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and a comfy bed after long days of exploring the city. Everything is so great about grand Grand Hyatt Taipei; all of the hotel guests can take a close look at 101 tower during New Year's Eve firework. We didn't have to go outside on the street to watch 101. Rooms are so clean; they were very generous to give many complimentary water bottles. Staff were so friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

This hotel is amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—only about 100 meters away from Shandao Temple MRT Station (Exit 6). The room is very spacious, including the bathroom which has a bathtub and even a special heat lamp to help dry your clothes after washing—super convenient! But what I love the most is the lounge on the 2nd floor. Guests can access it 24 hours a day to grab free coffee, hot chocolate, or snacks. It’s perfect after a long day attending a conference or exploring the city—ending the night with a warm drink is just wonderful! Definitely staying here again for my next trip! Highly recommended!

Hotel location is very near to Jiantan station. The room is quite big and clean. The Wi-Fi has good connection and fast. The minibar provides bottled water, coffee, tea, snacks, and soft drinks. There is an electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom is clean, only provides soap, shower gel, and shampoo. We can choose one of 4 main menu for breakfast besides the food at the main bar. The receptionist and restaurant staff are very helpful. I’ll stay at Tango jiantan hotel on my next trip to Taipei.

The basement is a food court. If you don't know what to eat, you can go and eat. The staff were all lovely and well taken care of. I've stayed here three times and will continue to return. Easy access everywhere. Strategically located close to the MRT, train station, and bus stop, it's in a quiet area. Perfect for slow living in the middle of busy Taipei. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the television, and they quickly came to fix it. Cleanliness is excellent. I stayed here for two days and they cleaned the room every day.
