Friendly staff, easy self-checking in and checking out using computers. Really convenient location to MRT entrances, bus stops. Easy walking to Ximending shopping area. The room is clean. Kudos to the housekeeping team. Plan to stay here in future visit.

Convenient to travel near the way up and down mrt Under the hotel there is a shabu restaurant, very tasty, inexpensive, the rooms are OK with all the amenities. There is a taxi in front of the hotel. If you want to go anywhere, can go up from here. On the day of booking, 2 rooms were booked. But the other room smelled very cigarette smell Maid comes to clean everyday. Service is mediocre. Family room, even if sleeping 4 people But if not initially selected the number of people The hotel will charge an additional $ 3,4 per person for $ 600. It is better to book early.

The hotel is very convenient to travel near Mrt exit 2-4-6. The hotel is big. But sometimes the lift is waiting for a long time. Many people have a comfortable bed. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast has a lot to choose from. There are Thai food in the buffet line as well. From the school, cross the street to find Ximending street. Very convenient. A lot of food under the building. The outside of the school has a mini mart. Very convenient. beautiful

splendid location, restaurants and souvenir shops are just several steps away. Tour buses as well as MRT terminal are very close making leisure trips comfortable as well as travelling from / to the airport a breeze. note though that exit 6, has escalators, making it a better choice than exit 5 and 6.

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Perfect choice when touring in Taipei. It would be nicer if they can allow 12:00 pm check-out rather than 11:00 am. Sometimes 1-hour extension makes a big difference.

Excellent location as only 2 mins walk to Ximen station and just opposite Ximending Shopping District. Breakfast has various variety options and the refill is fast. Thot room is small but facility is complete and ease of control. Check-in is less than few mins and Check-out is just seconds.

The room wasn’t clean and the pillow had black dirt marks on it so we asked for a new pillow. They said we had to walk to the lobby ourselves to grab a new one. We also booked a bigger room but they gave us the smallest one. We were too lazy to move all our bags. The room was super tiny and only 1 mirror in the bathroom where the plug didn’t work. The shower head was kind of broken too and kept falling down. The elevators are so hot and stuffy I dreaded going in there. Also the room had mold around the corners and there was weird black fur balls everywhere. Staff was friendly tho.

At first, I was surprised the rating of this hotel when I booked online. But when I came in, I understand why the rating was what it was. There are only two bottles of water for the first day even though we stayed for 3 days. The laundry hours are from 10am to 10pm. For most people who stay in a hotel, they are out side most of the day time and leverage night time to do laundry. It is not fitting the interest of the guests at all.

This is my second stay and the last stay at this hotel the hotel pathway some carpet was rip off and this hotel building soundproofing was very terrible bathroom and bathtub not really clean.

The hallway carpet smelly and not in good condition. You can hear the drain in the restroom even if you are not using it. The positive side its close to Ximen Station and good place to roam around.
