Bon Hotel Taipei

Poor facilities, full of mosquitos in the room when you open the window for fresh air. Noise from next door can be heard easily. Dior's lock kept being malfunctioning

Clean, the room I got was spacious. Internet was fast.

Convenient location in Taipei, next to an MRT station. Check-in process was easy and was through LINE. Wifi in room was decent but not in the lobby. Room was small for 3 people, we were 4 pax, so even more cramped. The shower door configuration is poor and leaks water all over the bathroom floor. The hot pot place on the 2nd floor was decent.

OK, does the job but not great. Hot water temp fluctuations made showering difficult. Room was clean but worn

Everything is fine except that I was unlucky to book the smallest room in this hotel.

It is convenient, right at the centre of Taipei, clean, and provides a clothe washing machine.

An amazing place, hidden away upstairs away from the noise and bustle of the city. Super room and so clean. Smiling and helpful staff top it off. Just near the airport bus number 5201 (stop number 8) and easier than the airport train. Near the metro and there are quite a few restaurants (but no notable sights) nearby. The toilet is a special design that makes a slight noise when flushed, but it's helping the environment so what the heck! No problem.

Location is very convenient. Facility simple and essential. Staff does not bother the travelers. Very ideal for backpackers.

The hotel is just a few minutes away from the metro, so it's very convenient to commute. It's located on the 4th floor of a rather old building though. The hotel has pretty and cute decor in the common area. Room is decently sized. Had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Only complaint is a cockroach spotted in the room on our check out day. Had a scare!

The hotel is a great location, right next to the Songjiang Nanjing station which is at the intersect of two MRT lines so makes it easy to get around. As for the hotel itself, the room is a good size and has good facilities: wifi, fridge, decent shower etc. There is a lobby area with a large table and sofas. The reception isn't manned all the time, and they don't seem to help you arrange delivery of pineapple cakes to the hotel as most other hotels seem to. The downside of the stay for me was the noise. The room are all located directly off the main lobby area, so if there is anyone sitting at the tables or sofas in the lobby you can hear them talking. The walls are also quite thin, so I could hear people in both of the adjacent rooms. The plumbing has an electric motor that kicks in to drain the water whenever you use the toilet, shower or sink. This was very noisy, and you could hear the motors in other people's rooms too. Our room was also on the main road side of the hotel so we could hear almost constant traffic noise. I wore earplugs, but still didn't get a good rest on any of the three nights I stayed there. If you don't have a problem sleeping with noise, then everything else was good and I would recommend it.

It would have been a pleasant and comfortable stay if not for the traffic noise that kept me awake and when I managed to sleep was awakened by guests chatting in the common area at 2am. Need to consider sound proofing. Hotel is conveniently located, near Songjiang Nanjing MRT station. To the left of the hotel is bus stop for Chang Rong 5201 bus to Tao Yuan Airport.
