Walkable to the nearest metro. Room was ok, there was a bad smell at reception area I think to do with drainage. It’s a common issue throughout the city, but it’s off putting when in the hotel. Couldn’t smell in the room on the 14th floor.

Reading other reviews, I understand what guests have said about the smell in the lobby and outside floor level elevators. It smells musty and like sewer. I’m not sure if that within the hotel’s control? The room definitively did not have the same smell. We had a fabulous view of the river, which is beautiful during the day and exceptional at night with all the lights. The room was spacious and well-equipped. My only issue with the room was the central air conditioning was set to a very cold temperature. Leaving it on was much too cold, and turning it off was much too warm, and then muggy. We really loved the room regardless and the location was amazing. Proximity to the pier to walk around and take the ferry to Cijin was great, plus a walk up and down the river was lovely. Lots of spots to get food, night markets, and walk to metro stations as well. We consider a great location 15-30 min walk to the things we like or need. Front desk staff was kind and efficient, allowing us to check in early as well as store our bags after check out. I would stay here again for location alone, but the buffet breakfast was not good. Skip it- there are some great local spots within 5-10 min walk for a fraction of the cost and better quality.

Not very sound proof. Happened to have students on field trip during the stay and they were very rowdy.
We asked to check in early since we arrived 10am instead of 3pm. Staff were nice and rush to clean up room. Early check in hourly rate of 600NTW.

The hotel is pretty clean and quite, I especially like my room has both the bath tub and shower seperately. I can take a shower then have good hot tub soaking time. I didn't book an river view room but I got very good price for my reserevation. Anyway walking to the Love river or pier sightscene from the hotel is only 5 min! The breakfast also provide variety of food choice. so I will give it a 4 star for this hotel!

Great location next to love River and Love River.
The price is affordable.
Staff was helpful and moderately welcoming.
I typically don’t write reviews, but if you are expecting a 4 star hotel this is not, 3.5 stars at best.
The hotel room floors have a musty wet smell—like things got wet and were not properly dried. This combined with the visible wear and tear of the facilities gives it a worn out feeling. Also the hotel is very dark, I would prefer “brighter rooms”.

There's a convenience here to go anywhere. Especially go to the Love river. The condition of the room has always been good, and it's clean every day even though we made a little mess.

地點就在愛河畔, 距離光榮碼頭真愛碼頭都非常近, 離貢多拉愛之船碼頭也很近, 整體來說地點100分!
飯店樓下有7-11,往前走還有餐廳十分便利!
本次帶小孩入住, 還提供使用兒童遊戲空間!
隔音問題只有旁邊對門開關門會聽到聲音,並無其他噪音,整體來說很推薦,下次還會選擇入住!

A very cozy hotel. Good location. The manager in was very helpful and squeezed to allocate a parking slot for me. Although an unexpected incident had happened, the hotel handled it professionally. Highly appreciated.
