Everything at Lees Hotel was exemplary! The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge, withboth a tub and shower. It is located in one of my favorite areas of Kaohsiung.
The staff were also very kind and helpful.

The property is older but well maintained especially the room. Staffs are helpful and courteous. I did find it odd that the hallway carpet wasn't replaced sooner. It is wrinkled and worn thin. Not even a high cost item to replace, relatively.

This is a great hotel. This is our fourth stay there in seven years. The room is spacious, well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful, accommodating our requests fast and accurately! We will definitely stay there again next time when we visit Kaohsiung.

Though this is an old hotel, I extremely enjoy it's quietness and cleanliness. The bed is comfortable. The hotel made up the bed for me everyday promptly when I was out. The room is also spacious. The only downside is that the hotel is old and need renovation.

It's an older hotel....it's really nice and clean.Its also very comfortable...only problem is check out time
(on the weekend) with only two elevators and it took over 20 minutes to get to Lobby from 16th floor.

Unfortunate service experience. Check in was unfortunately slow, and in my opinion could have been properly managed if front desk staff avoid making small talks with check in guest if there is a long queue of guests waiting behind the line to check in. There was also a bad experience at the car parking basement when i was driving my car out of the hotel. The car park attendant asked to see my car parking coupon which i handed to him, however it was very unusual for him to demand to see my car registration ownership license and also my driver license to verify that i am the owner of the car!? I had explained to him that I stayed in the hotel and had registered the car to my room. After spending some time explaining, he told me it's ok and i can leave. I do not see this happening to other hotel guest driving out of the parking lot and was rather disappointed and doubtful over such action. Definitely not the best experience to be spending the weekend in this hotel.

Staff helpful, room’s clean but carpet a bit old and wear. Always a strange and unpleasant smell gathered at the guest entrance lift lobby. We stayed there for 6 days and it was there every day.

The staff was excellent and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Meals at the restaurants were wonderful creations of tastes and smells. The room was comfortable and quiet. Loved having 3 chairs for 2 people staying in the room.
All around a wonderful stay in a fun city.
