Luxurious hotel with large, well-setup rooms, twice-daily housekeeping (except Sunday?), and good facilities like breakfast. If your stay qualifies, you get access to a stocked lounge. The fitness center was decent as well (no swimming pool), and the staff were very helpful. The hotel has dark furnishings and feels like an oasis from the outside world. One side borders the main train station, which makes getting around really easy to the airport and a couple of important MRT lines. The other side borders Zhongshan, which is a fun, hip neighborhood with good food and shopping.

Make sure the property style is to your taste. Great staff, a Luxury feel but it is themed with dark lighting and in my case a weird Rom configuration with an open circular bathtub and sink shared with the desk. A bit strange, but high quality.

Cindy was amazing and the rest staff were amazingly helpful, kind and always trying to make you feel welcoming. Location was excellent as its right across from Taipei Main Station. Rooms were great, filtered water stations on our floor, amenities were expansive, food was excellent all around, breakfast choices were expansive, lots of choices. We had VIP status as Expedia members so we also had extra amenities such as complementary mini bar and lounge access for free house drinks, snacks, cakes etc..... Highly recommend this hotel.

Room is spacious, the water refill station is nearby and so is the elevator. Bed is comfy and the pillows are perfect. The concierge arranged all our car for tours and transfer to the Port. The staff is courteous and accommodating. The restaurants are excellent and breakfast was great.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Room was super spacious, beautiful and amazingly comfortable bed and linen. Bath and separate shower. Breakfast (included in my price) is MIND BLOWING. It's too hard to explain - but they have Movenpick ice cream buffet, noodle station, hot food (i.e. mains style), eggs, crispy bacon, charcuterie station, fresh sour dough that you cut yourself, pastries, dessert pastries, cheese - EVERYTHING you can dream off. Served in the most beautiful luxurious dining room. (check out the bathrooms connected to the dining room). My room also included the salon, amazing convenience. I could sit in a beautiful spacious room, where I was served freshly made tea. They had a great selection of snacks and also had wine, beer, spirits to self help. I also managed to use the gym every morning, a really great selection of equipment and there was plenty for anyone that wanted to exercise. Had I known the hotel also had a 3 Micheline star restaurant, I would've tried to make a reservation to eat, but alas it was CNY and fully booked. HIGHLY recommend, worth every dollar!

You can spend the whole day in the mall next door, and never see the blazing sun between Taipei Main Station and Zhongshan Station just by traversing the underground malls. If I had to say anything, it's that the room itself is a bit dark, and has enough mirrors to make a mirror maze. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Cindy was amazing and the rest staff were amazingly helpful, kind and always trying to make you feel welcoming. Location was excellent as its right across from Taipei Main Station. Rooms were great, filtered water stations on our floor, amenities were expansive, food was excellent all around, breakfast choices were expansive, lots of choices. We had VIP status as Expedia members so we also had extra amenities such as complementary mini bar and lounge access for free house drinks, snacks, cakes etc..... Highly recommend this hotel.
