Very old hotel with mouldy scent at levels. Even when you try to dry your clothes in the room, it dried with the musky smell. Facilities are really old. Usable of course, just the unbearable smell that would cause an allergy if you're very allergic to smell.

Let me start with the room that was given to me ont the 4th floor. the conditions the smell in the hallways we're not pleasant.i had to request a different room and an upgrade was given. The hotel’s location is excellent and made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and room service was prompt and satisfying.
However, the hotel is definitely showing its age. While everything was clean and functional, some updates to the facilities would improve the overall experience.
That said, the service and location were great, making it a decent choice for a comfortable stay.

Great hotel near to many malls and food. The hotel is old so furniture and fixtures were dated. A 70s vibe to the hotel. Love that the spa is within the hotel but hard to get spots. In future i would prebook massages on day 1!

Lobby was nice but rooms very very basic and need redecorated. The beds were like sleeping on bricks. I had to check it was an actual mattress under the sheets…lol. Excellent location across from CentralwOrld and staff were great but wouldn’t stay here again, even for one night.

The room takes you on a time travel back to the 70s. Furniture is old. Bathroom tiles, sink, shower curtain are in terrible shape. Hotel rooms need major reno or rebuild.

One of the worst hotel that i have stayed in my entire life. The room is extremely dirty with many tiny cockroaches , very dusty and very smelly. Mushy and mouldy smell on the corridor and room from the carpet. Toilet is with high bathtubs without any shower hose , dangerous to get up and down. Brown shower curtain. Truly disgusting.

Property is old and not maintained. Firstly, room was very rundown and had cobwebs at corners of the walls. There was also no proper power points for phone charging. The only available points were behind the curtains which were in assessable. Secondly, bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Thirdly, which is the worst and it is totally not acceptable as there were small cockroaches crawling around the room. We even managed to catch a few everyday and my husband has taken quite a few photos of them. We requested for room change but were rejected as they claimed they had no spare rooms. On our 3rd night we had no hot water to shower as their hot water system was spoiled. Only then they offered to change room for us. The room was slightly better than the previous. However bathtub was leaking. After a shower, the bathroom was flooded with water.
This hotel is the most horrible accommodation that we had stayed before. Not to even mention, it is listed as a 4-star hotel. The stay gave us a very bad experience and an unforgettable one. We will never return.
