Bad service, no service mind, cheating at check-out time, the staff has a grumpy face, does not advise customers, does not answer questions, chases customers to check out, does not change the dirty blanket, uses the same customer's room, does not receive customer needs, the bathroom is dirty and does not work, the air conditioner is not cool enough for a room of 12 people. This is the worst trip to stay here.

The staff speaks softly when talking to customers, but when talking to each other, they speak loudly. At first, I thought they were soft-spoken people, and there was only one roll of tissue in the bathroom, but there were dozens of customers using it. In the end, the tissue ran out before dusk, and one roll of tissue had to be used all day. How could that be enough? Does the owner know that there was not enough tissue in the bathroom? Or is it employee corruption in purchasing various supplies?

This is my third time here but it's probably the time I feel the most uncomfortable. Normally, when I'm on the 4th floor, I don't see water running in the pipes. This time, I'm on the 1st floor, room 104, and the water pipe of the 2nd floor bathroom seems to be right above my room, so every time someone flushes the water, it's very noisy. Especially at 4-5am, when someone gets up to flush the toilet, shower, the water flows loudly, making it very uncomfortable. Everything else is OK in every aspect, I think it's just that this room has this problem, so from now on, I won't stay in a room like this again.
