We came to celebrate our honeymoon, the location of the hotel is in an area far from the center of Phangan, but quiet and charming with a very small avenue of nice restaurants and a mini market. Beach and amazing view. The room was relatively small with very minimal fittings, for example there were no mirrors in the room except the bathroom mirror. In my opinion, the hotel is good but does not justify the high score it received (9.4), such a score requires a wow and it is very ordinary, in conclusion: for those who are looking for a calm and peaceful place to spend their next vacation, the hotel definitely meets the needs

Literally steps to the beach.
Quaint little street connected to the property with very good western food
7/11 and mini marts within 5 min walk.
Cute pool lots of families with small kids so not a party place but very cool and chill. Very calm water waist deep paddleboards available. Nice sun rise location if weather permits. Only negative might be pool hours 7 to 7

We had a beautiful weekend at this property. We loved the beach. It is totally worth it and convenient to book the speed boat! And, if you are lucky Nancy will greet you when you arrive to the property. I think she is very genuine and makes a difference. There's also a gentleman who works at the Front Desk who is equally kind. We had a great time, and I loved the coconut scented lotion in the room :) I bought one to take home with me!

We had a wonderfull stay at Buri Rasa with our 1.5 year son. The staff is great, no request is too crazy and they really go to all extends. The only bad thing is that we had to leave the hotel after a few days ;) We will definitely come back to this place. This is a very nice resort on a very nice beach and I would give a high rating usually. During my stay there were a lot of families and excitable children who felt in necessary to scream, run and slam doors which unfortunately is very audible in the rooms. Sound proofing the rooms is required, I was attending online meetings and could not find a quiet spot even in the room.

The staff was so helpful setting up day excursions and transport to and from their resort. A must stop if you are looking for a quiet family get away.
Just one small detail that could have made it more convenient would be to have electrical outlets closer to the bed.

Nilesh and Lin went above and beyond to make sure we have a perfect stay at Buri Rasa. Their attention to details (transportation, where to go, food recommendation) and hospitality made us feel like home. It’s the people like Nilesh and Lin (and the spa manager with British accent - I forgot her name) who made a hotel successful. Highly recommended and we’d love to go back.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, everyone had a big smile and was on top of everything making sure you had the best time at Buri Rasa. All employees seemed very happy and you can tell the vote management does a good job training and taking care of their staff. Will be back!

The Guest Relations staff is second to none and I mean that! Banana, Lin, Sarah and the rest always have a smile on their faces. They make you feel like family. I will not stay anywhere else in Thong Nai Pan! The only negative is that they do not have private pool suites/villas and no bar at the pool.
