We stay at Chatrium Sathorn almost every time we visit Bangkok, and it truly feels like home. The staff are always so friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s very easy to get a taxi from the hotel. The huge breakfast selection makes every morning enjoyable — we’re already back in the States and missing it so much! Highly recommended!

I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and the service was great. The room was beautiful ans immaculate. The location was perfect. I cant wait to come back to stay again. Literally only complaint was the windows. They open up without screens and there is nothing stopping you or a child from jumping out. There is no protection from that at all. We were on the 17th floor so we had to leave the shades closed the whole time as we were traveling with our 3 and 5 year old. If they make the windows unable to open or put screens in, the hotel would be an 11 out of 10.

Great place to stay. Very clean. They have a large pool that kids really enjoy and great for swimming laps early in the morning. Large room options are available. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of our kids had her bday when staying and they brought a cake and left balloons and card. We had a great time here. Lots of food options nearby and the street is not busy for Bangkok. Also, a free shuttle service to drop you at local points of interest.

Amazing stay for Our family of 6. Loved everything! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service at the restaurants was great! Pim and Ked were so friendly for staff. Night time fun at pool bar with speciality drinks, food and music. Our servers, Guitar, Aor, Pond, and AR were excellent! We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it so clean and spacious. We would stay again next time in Bangkok.

Pros: rooms are large, pool is great for young families, good selection of food at buffet. People are lovely and friendly. Cons: hotel is large so huge line ups at breakfast and 2 of the 3 coffee machines didn't work for the 5 days of our stay. Pool area is nice but due to being enclosed by the hotel towers, family play noise is amplified. Hotel is not near public transport so needed to grab everywhere (fine with us but not everyone would want to do that). Could do with a refresh, especially bathrooms.

Hotel is not overly convenient for public transport, but fine if you are happy to get Grabs or taxis.
