The family room is so spacious and clean. My family and I were so comfortable staying in this hotel and the location is really great. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We definitely are going to come back to stay here again when we travel again to Thailand.

The location is really great. It's in Pratunam Market area, so you can still enjoy the night market after you get back from your tour in a whole day. The staff are also so friendly and very helpful. The room is clean. We even extended our stay here for 2 days more after staying for 4 days at first. Recommended.

The staffs are friendly and funny, they gave us some advice for us (the best places to go and the best time to leave to catch the flight). The deluxe room is so great with the 360-degree-kind-of-view. The hotel is so strategic and located near the pratunam market. What a great experience!

There were a lot of cockroaches in the room, running around, passing the cups, the glasses, the beds. Already complain, the solution was spraying insect spray but cockroaches are still running around. The hot water for shower was broken but the hotel immediately change the device, however they didn't clean the debris on the floor so it was very dirty after the change the device. Disappointed? of course i was. Hopefully the hotel will improve in the near future.

This hotel is highly recommended if you're looking to stay near Pratunam. The location is strategic, especially for those looking to be close to Platinum, December, Big C, and Central World. If I were to visit Bangkok again, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and communicative. The location is strategic, with plenty of culinary options right in the hotel area. However, cars can't enter because it's in an alley. It's not a big problem because the exit from the hotel isn't far, just walk.

The facilities are commensurate with the price. The room is clean and quite spacious for a double size, the room is aesthetic, the bed is soft, the room facilities have a mini bar, the bathroom is also good, the hot water runs well, the water flows smoothly, the shower works smoothly, the hotel is near Pratunam Market, in front of the hotel there are many halal foods, if you want to go to the city center like Central World you can reach it on foot, the MRT can also be reached on foot, shopping for souvenirs is all there because it is close to the shopping center, snacks are all complete, if you want to go to other destinations the option to take Grab is also easy. The point is access to everywhere is easy. The hotel is a bit in an alley but it is not a problem because it is only about 40 meters directly to the main road. Stayed at the De Lavender Hotel which was definitely very pleasant, originally booked for five days because it was extended to 9 days, when checking in it was easy but had to prepare 1000 baht for a deposit and was returned when checking Outlook, check out was also fast, the hotel staff were friendly, if there was anything that was not right, just complain and the staff acted quickly. Everything was good, if I go to Bangkok again, I want to stay here again. If asked what the score would be, I would definitely give it 9.9. thanks traveloka thanks de lavender hote.

The room is very narrow, stuffy, not soundproof. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing. You can even hear a sneeze. When I took a shower, water flowed out of the bathroom because the bathroom was narrow. It splashed on the door and onto the floor, soaking everything. The entrance to the narrow alley was like being in India. It was right in Pratunam. There was a lot of traffic because they were building the Skytrain. No one answered when I called for a taxi. No one answered when I called for a Bolt because of the traffic. I had to walk out the door to Platinum Mall, the main road, to get a taxi. The receptionist was a foreigner.

The room was clean, but I found a small cockroach in the refrigerator. The Filipino staff (bro) was friendly and helpful. There was a luggage scale. The only downside is that you can't order a Grab/taxi/motorbike in front of the hotel because the hotel is in an alley.
