Had an amazing 5D4N stay at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri! The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay in Bangkok!

Big and nice hotel, near Erawan Shrine and roughly 10 minutes walk to Central World and 15 minutes walk to Siam Paragon. We got free upgrade to suite as we're on honeymoon trip. No stall or 7-11 nearby but can be purchased in Big C and Central World itself.

I loved the Grande Centrale, stayed there 5 nights, very spacious room, daily free snacks and water, great amenities, close to shopping, train and still quiet.
Would go back in a heart beat.

The service is really bad. The pool has no life guards during our stay. We stayed 4 days and we used the pool everyday but never seen a guard around. And when we ask for an extra towel, the staff refused to give us. Very bad experience.
And we need to call for the house keeping even though we ask for it before we head out. Will not come back!

This is a terrible property. Not five stars. Terrible strong perfume smell everywhere. They spray huge amounts of air freshener to try to cover up poor ventilation. I couldn’t breathe in the room.

The room was spotless and well-organized. After swimming with a friend, we left our swimsuits to dry on the bathroom door and bathtub edge. When we returned, housekeeping had thoughtfully prepared a drying rack above the bathtub—such a small gesture, yet it went *beyond expectations*.
A couple of things could be improved. We informed the front desk that our room didn't have a bathrobe, and although they acknowledged it and promised to send one, it never arrived. Also, the sauna wasn’t properly heated during our stay.
We continue to appreciate this hotel, particularly for its excellent location. Hopefully, some of the minor issues will be addressed going forward.

If the main doors can be more sound proofs. Early morning we can hear the room cleaning crew getting along with their works. Also the wooden blind are very nice to see but it doesnt block out the sun. The room becomes bright at around 6 plus am. Wish there were block out curtains
