the hotel staff is friendly, and provides airport shuttle service. cleanliness in the lobby and around is quite clean, comfortable and fresh air around. the waiting room is quite spacious. the room is also quite spacious, not too narrow. the bathroom is also quite clean. the cleaning service there is undoubtedly friendly.

While the staff were very friendly and the overall experience was acceptable, there were several issues that impacted my stay. The bed in my room was quite uncomfortable, which caused significant difficulty sleeping and resulted in severe back pain. Furthermore, I found the buffet selection to be limited. I would suggest incorporating a wider variety of dairy-free milk options to better accommodate guests with lactose intolerance. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention that housekeeping staff entered my room after I had specifically requested no service. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
