Staff namely Ms. Kwang, Ms. Plam and Mr. Pingpong in the reception are very helpful during the time I had a problem w the air con in the room. Including the Manager Ms. June. They are very attentive in my needs and react immediately for me to have a wonderful vacation in Thailand.

The staff were friendly. Complimentary drink and popcorn at check in. The hotel was clean. The pool was small and there was also a sauna. However, we were not happy with our stay. We had a room on the second floor and we did not get any sleep at night due to the club music downstairs. We called front desk requesting a different room but they said they were fully booked. We could hear EVERY WORD of every song until closing at 3am! We then had to get up 1.5 hours later at 4:30am and we checked out around 5am for our flight. I recommend getting a room on a higher floor if the club will be open during your stay.

This was a nice boutique hotel. The pool and proximity to transit were the major benefits. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast buffet, and having to change rooms because of an issue with the power wasn’t great. Overall though, we had a nice stay at the hotel.

It is a very wonderful hotel. All the staff were kind and friendly. The location is also convenient, about a 5-minute walk from Thong Lo Station, with various restaurants, massage shops, and convenience stores nearby. Both the exterior and interior are beautiful, with a clean and fresh atmosphere. I would love to stay here again when I visit Bangkok.

staff was friendly. facilities and room was nice but most of things kind a towels in the room felt old. They replace the bed sheets every three days if not upon requested.
I was under the impression that the value including service I received deteriorated due to environmental protection.
**no windows in my room, I couldn't find "no windows" description on booking details.

Ordered twin bed. Didnt get it. 2nd night they said they will have one...they put out a fold away which was very uncomfortable. Also paid for Grand room. Air con noisy. Windows dont open propery. Felt claustrophobic.

Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, good food, however there is a bar/club downstairs right next door, and if you arent the type to go enjoy that sort of thing, it may prevent you from getting some sleep, as you can hear the music through the walls/floor (at least on floor 2). Other than that, fantastic place to stay.

Their favourite comment was please wait for 5-10 minutes sir. From check-in at 5pm I had to wait for my room to be ready. When asking to take the tuktuk that was ready to go. Then check-out was please wait again… Room was nothing special and smelt bad both in the room and bathroom. Wouldn’t stay again with so many other options around.

Nice property located in Thong Lo and a 5 minute walk to BTS station. Many restaurants around the area with a wide variety of foods. Location is located off an alley so it is pretty quiet yet only a few steps from the hustle and bustle of Thong Lo.

The hotel was nice for a quick stop in BKK. I arranged a car transfer which was helpful and check in/ out was speedy. Most of the staff were nice, but I did feel like one of the staffers were giggling at the fact that I couldn’t figure out my currency/ money counting situation quickly. It’s in an alley which I don’t recall seeing in the description, but the neighborhood felt safe and there were lots of food, shopping, and massage options nearby. Be mindful of the window/ windowless options in case you went to see the world outside. I had a windowless and ended up sleeping my entire day away
